The political environment in the United States, to a large extent, dictates both the financial and business environment. President Obama stated this past week that he was pleased with the recent compromises from both sides of the aisle. I believe that even a little beginning of comprise could be a good thing. This week’s Business Talk Panel examines this issue.

Segment 1 – Jeff Deist, Chief of Staff for Congressman Ron Paul

Segment 2 – Sean Brodrick, veteran analyst for the Weiss Group

Obama is too much of a compromise, he will attrack someone to challange him in primays. He will probably be the dem candidate . I think sara Palin will not run but be a cheerleader for the rep candidate. She probably will want and may possibly get a cabinate post [there are 14] The party better find a young dynamic candidate like Jindal . if they nominate huckabee or one of the other drab older rep. they will lose. maybe a wealthy mid age billionare who we dont know yet will run. expect the unexpected next year. get used to high energy prices . I am in KOG a north dakota oil play. luck S
