Worst (by a mile) performing stock in my portfolio. While it’s always exciting to hear Del update drill results, maybe the listeners would prefer to hear the real reason this stock has lost 2/3 of its value since March/April. Let’s not blame the market for a decline of this magnitude. Something is very wrong. Thanks for listening.

      Hi Clark,

I will bring this subject up to him and get comments.

      Thanks,

      Big Al

Totaly agree, so far this stock is a whole lot of pump, pump, pump

      Oct 03, 2011 03:27 PM

      Hi Meritmat,

I have to disagree. I have known Del for a long time and I can tell you he is both hardworking and honest. I would be amazed if he were involved in any kind of pump, pump, pump. Look at his insider trading reports which are available.

I think the current problem with the stock is a. the market, b. results are promising but not high enough yet and c. share structure is a little on the high side.

To me the upside is that the Company may very well have a mining district of sorts in hand. No guarantees, but maybe. I have been to the property three times and I can smell nothing fishy.

Regardless, I do own stock that I purchased and I will probably buy more. (After I give three days notice to all our listeners.)

I appreciate your candor and comments.

      Best,

      Big Al

Keep some cash on the sideline and start buying these companies at lower prices.

    Hi Matt R,

That is what I am doing.

I believe it was Aesop who first said; “A man is known by the company he keeps.” Although my dictionary of quotations for some reason cites Grover Cleveland.

I wonder what that says about us idiots who have not sold Premium and taken our losses.

At the beginning of each month I run an analysis of every company I own. PMMEF is
next but one to the worst!

      You bet cfs2000(David)

A man is known by the company that he keeps. That is the reason that I am so damn careful and that is the reason that when I make a mistake I quickly admit it.

So I just looked up insider buying and selling…….

I have a question for Del Steiner: Why did he wait almost 3 months to report all his sales?
That behavior stinks! Just my opinion.

    Oct 03, 2011 03:47 PM

    Thanks Big Al

hehe just hard to keep watching it go down

    Oct 03, 2011 03:33 PM

Which, of course, raises the thought: I wonder how many more shares Delbert Steiner has sold in August and September and not yet gotten around to reporting?

    Oct 03, 2011 03:42 PM

And isn’t it strange that those September Steiner stock sales were at more than double today’s closing price. Ya think they knew something the general public didn’t? Not an acqusation, just an observation.

Why did you state in this interview that you are waiting to buy and will notify listeners three days in advance? Do you not think .25 is the low or will these results cause more selling in your opinion? Have you ever sold any Premium Exploration and if so could you tell me the date you notified your listeners? Thanks

      Oct 04, 2011 04:20 AM

      Hi Joe,

I said I would notify listeners three days in advance because I think that it is the correct thing to do. Our show is rated very highly by Alexa (internet ranking) and we now have over 100,000 people per month who visit our site. That puts me in a perfect position to “front run”. Meaning I could buy the stock at one price and then after I purchased it announce to you folks that I had bought it. Let’s assume that 5% of the listeners (about 5,000 people) then purchased the stock. Don’t you think that would raise the price and put me in a great position to sell at a profit? Of course it would. I claim to be a practicing Christian. Would that be an act of a practicing Christian?

I started this policy a number of months back. I guarantee that I have not sold any PEM stock since that time.

      Best,

      Big Al

The issue of insider selling was addressed by Mr. Steiner on a July 2, 2011 interview with Big Al. Listen carefully and see if you think perhaps that we got a big time snow job after seeing his personal sales in September.

Hello Joe, Clark, Meritmat and cfs2000(David)

I just spoke with Del and he told me that he has sold no stock since his insider trading report referenced above. The total amount of shares disclosed above was 39,000. Not a big number.

If I am wrong about Del I will eat my words, but I really believe that will not be the case.

I will be posting a report on PEM later today.

      Best to you all,

      Big Al

        Oct 04, 2011 04:41 PM

Thank you for extra info. I still hold some PEM which certainly under-water for me.
        Such is life!

      Oct 05, 2011 05:54 AM

Thanks for posting this Clark. It cettainly clears things up for me. If i read the filings correctly, Del sold in june(although he appears to have reported the sales with a 2-3 mth delay……naughty!). He had said that he had to sell some shares on the 2nd of July, on Al’s show. I think its fair enough.

I still don’t understand how PEM is sitting so low. we have over 1million ounces proven so far, and many more millions to come, according to my due dilligence. Why are we sitting at 52 week lows? If Dundee, Sprott and other have so much invested in PEM, why don’t they support the shareprice? My friends and myself, together have over 1million shares here, and it’s absolutely killing our portfolio.

The fundamentals haven’t changed for PEM, and I expect the shareprice to meet analyst’s expectations (over 1$ brfore April 2012).

Hi Max and all who have an interest in Premium Exploration.

I have three reports, but cannot copy them on this site. I will send them to you if you simply send me an e-mail at alkorelin@gmail.com

Hey Albert, Al told me he was going to post it on the website Yesterday night. Should be up shortly..?

    Oct 06, 2011 06:29 AM

    Hi Al and others.

I must say I can not understand the way people think in regards to stock prices.I could not be happier the PEM shares have lost 2/3 rds of its value..If walmart had Turkeys on sale 3 for 1 would you not run ti the store and buy more.
