Thanks Big Al and Mr. Fulp,
Appreciate your giving this your attention. I knew Micky would have the low-down on thorium. Thanks for the perspective. Very interesting!
    Best to you both,

I agree in the future for Thorium as an alternative to Uranium in reactors. Part of the value is the ability to use spent Uranium rods again using Thorium. Also, it could be a huge credit for Rare Earth Element miners since Thorium shows up so often with the other 17 REEs. Once again the infastructure just isn’t there (just like Natural Gas).

There is also some very interesting research on Beryllium as a nuclear fuel additive from IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (IBC) in conjunction with Texas A & M University. Beryllium is used as a shield and moderator in nuclear reactors, but it would still require Uranium.

I don’t agree with Roger (even though I love the guy) about Uranium taking 5 years to recover. The ending of the secondary Russian warhead program in 2013, the 433 reactors active currently, the 60 being built (China, Middle East, Europe) and 300 planned is a supply demand fundamental screeming to be filled. Japan was a “black eye” for the industry in 2011. That is the time to buy undervalued and much needed miners – “when their is blood in the streets.” When everyone jumps on the bandwagon in 2013/2014 the opportunity now will become obvious. Hope people don’t miss it.

Shad….I agree with your point on uranium…
I believe Roger is correct in his thinking for the USA only….(not trying to think for him)
I agree, because the rest of the world is not associated with the big oil companies, and the tricks that they play with the usa politians. The United States is completely controlled by big oil, and any energy alternative which indangers their position, will get hammered via the politians.
