Executive Order — National Defense Resources
Preparedness.
This has caused a lot of concern in many circles, but according to this site (click here) it is nothing new and has been in existence for over sixty years.

There is one difference that I can tell. In part II, section 201 subsection b, the words “and non-emergency conditions” was inserted. It was not included in the 1994 version passed by Clinton. To my mind, this executive order essentially lays the groundwork for a peacetime martial law. My feeling, and this could be entirely off base, is that they are preparing in the event there is a complete collapse of the dollar and/or the economy. Just my two cents. Thanks and God bless.

I would also add that if this power was wielded by the wrong person, it could lead to the eventual nationalization of the economy.

So far this year:
NDAA – Enables the President at his sole discretion to identify and order the US Military to arrest and detain indefinitely any American without legal representation.
H.R. 347 – Enables the Secret Service to designate “no protest” zones and put violators in jail without legal recourse.
Now we have this new order which gives Obama authority to approve the dispensing of all domestic energy, production, transportation, food, and water as he deems necessary. In other words he can take complete control. As Ben stated this can be done in non emergency conditions. Looks like the forming of a police state to me.

The Persian [Iran] can always sell china and others oil in exchange for gold, whch can be flown by plane load to iran from china, and Persia can then fly cold to another country and exchange it for raw dollars or euros etc, or pay bills for machine parts oil rig parts etc. So, they can still do bussiness , just by indirection. S
