Hope that Rye Patch owns the claims in their dispute with Couer (CDE). We won’t know for sure until November………
And that decision is likely to be appealed unless of course a pre or post trial settlement.

I had mentioned Caza gold to you the other day. Well I spoke with Bruce Korhonen, the new IR guy at Caza today and mentioned that you might be interested in talking with him and having him on the show for a Caza gold update, and he was very excited about the idea. He said to give him a call 604-685-9730. he was very nice to talk with and apparently part of the reason for the share drop were some hedge funds dumping their shares to cover losses in the market. He indicated there was big news on the horizon. Tom

Yes, Thanks Al for keeping the Rye Patch updates coming. I have big hopes that their exploration efforts will work up a sizeable deposit to get the attention of the majors. I believe it is incredibly obvious that those claims they staked are theirs and CDE needs to bow out. If they wanted them they should have paid their fees on time.
