Morning all, Al thanks for this E.Coffin speach.

A BIG thank you!!!! goes out to the US BS jobs data this am as it is providing the final imo flushout in the pm’s as gold touchs a key fib level and silver for the 8th time tags the $31.50-70 support zone.

Its almost Hollywood its soooo pathetic worst job data 2 months ago allows the Bearnank to release QE# 3 with a “job market” improvement agenda then 2 blow away job BS reports heading into the election….Obama for 4 more years is a done deal!

So again thanks to the BS data which as P.Grandich has said will be revised much lower after the elections as it gives the pre Obama wins a great opportunity to add pm’s “ON SALE” today.

The headline in one of our Canadian Business papers this am:

Solid U.S. jobs data a boost for Obama in election stretch run…….No Sh!T !!!!!!

Oh I forgot to add this little fact when Obama was elected in 2008 gold was $700 its up 145% (todays price) and silver was $9 up 250% these past 4 years…..ask yourself….are the reasons for further increases in pm’s and a continued decline in the paper value of the US$ weaker or stronger today….and especially next week after America elects Obama for 4 more years……..I think today could actually be the low in the pm’s flushout of weak hands….and I may have called my first bottom ever, lol!

      Nov 02, 2012 02:20 AM

JJ. Bottom? Maybe, but certainly not a short term bottom if Romney gets elected. I’ve never seen such craziness and partisanship. The slam downs at key levels are so obvious. There was a bit of a short term bearish chart formation on silver too tho. As I write this, silver is close to 4% down and the sensible reason for selling pressure like this is not evident to me, meaning a smashdown/COT shorts is the only logical reason. Should be an interesting next couple years.

Ya Brad its getting sooo easy to know when daboyz will stuff the paper bullion markets with BS paper….192 Million oz of paper silver dumped at the NFPayroll release…ya right!

        http://www.silverdoctors.com/192-million-ounces-of-paper-silver-dumped-on-market-in-10-minutes-on-nfp-release/

I’m playing an Obama win with my wallet adding silver bullion and my fav silver stock today. The US$ tagged its 200dma and imo the $ is putting in a high before Obama wins and the $ rolls over

Gentlemen place your bets!!….Al got your dealers visor on?

          Nov 02, 2012 02:12 PM

          Howdy JJ,

Got the visor on, my friend!

The forgotten people of New Jersey and Staten Island, these people feel abandoned by O….. power will in all likely hood not be restored for another week.

Non union power crews were turned away in New Jersey, he doesn’t look Presidential to these voters, it sure is getting interesting. DT

    Nov 02, 2012 02:36 AM

If Romney doesnt let the people know that all the jobs #s are bs I will loose all faith in him.

      Nov 02, 2012 02:47 AM

      Benb,
From your previous posts you don’t like Romney anyway. Said he was no different than bo. Just sayin!! Regards.

        Nov 02, 2012 02:17 PM

Yup, a little sarcasm there Jerry. No dif in either of them, John Stewart on the Daily Show, runs vids of both of them saying exactly (same scriptwritter) the same things regularly. A really interesting one was Conan Obrien showing about 40-50 tv stations
saying exactly the same thing, Word for Word, his side kick said he thought it was funny, I was impressed with obrien saying he thought it was scary.
Romney is an Obama clone, rt is hosting a debate that shows the options americans have in this election. Naturally Romney/Obama turned down the invite.
But its all ok, the government, banks and industrial military complex have the best interests of the people in mind. (more sarcasm)

          Nov 02, 2012 02:09 PM

No sarcasm just fact. The shows you mention are all left wing shows. What would you expect them to do or say. bo has been on all the left shows repeatedly and answered the really hard questions like what is his favorite color.

          Nov 02, 2012 02:21 PM

What exactly does “sarcasm” mean, benb?

Is that more sarcasm or a question!

          Big Al

      Nov 02, 2012 02:33 PM

Benb, Romney’s hands are tied on that one. It wouldn’t make him look presidential as it would insinuate that Obama was a liar and deceiving the folks. He’s been toeing the line on everything, but I fear nothing will change if he wins. Oh well, good for PMs… Strong leadership is desperately needed at this point.

        Nov 02, 2012 02:59 PM

That was my point Brad, there is no way Romney is going to inform the people of the truth. He is going to continue with Obamas deceptions, just as Obama continued with Bushes deceptions. Obviously I agree with you that strong leadership is required, but look what Romney did to Ron Paul. (great guy that Romney)
If that isnt telling people exactly what Romney and the republicans think of liberty and the constitution nothing will. My money is on nothing will.
        Or, should I say, PMs.

        Nov 02, 2012 02:22 PM

You make a great point re: Romney, Brad H!

Well, this thing is falling into place pretty much like I felt (and posted ) 4-5 weeks ago. The charts were signalling a move sideways to down for the PMs and the conventional markets. I also posted that I expected a move up in the dollar. The only thing that lagged was the dollar. The dollar is now beginning its’ ascent today. As I mentioned yesterday, November tends to be a strong month for the PMs but don’t expect it to conform this year. The PMs have further to move down and yesterday I related that it could toward the end of the month. I also mentioned that we are in all likelihood forming a massive inverted head and shoulder formation for the PMs. We in all likelihood will see further downward pressure on the PMs and the conventional markets for the next 2-3 weeks. I also mentioned that the PM markets wouldn’t perform relatively as well as the conventional markets and that is being given credence by today’s markets where gold is currently down $37.00 and the Dow is down only 100 points. Hang on to your hats but don’t get down. Many of the PM stocks are holding up quite well which is very encouraging. I bought some more today.

      Nov 02, 2012 02:54 PM

I’ll disagree Richard based on the US$ action today, the fx boys are not buying the orchestrated raid in pm’s or oil or the general equities, this is a shake the specs flush NOT a breakout in the US$….I’m looking for the $ top today or Monday with the next $ low in Jan-Feb….

I for one never, ever get down when these raids provide more oz on the cheap thanks to a BS NFPayroll report

      Time will tell……….

        Nov 02, 2012 02:07 PM

JJ, we’ll see. I hope you’re right about the dollar. I know the rest of what I posted will in all likelihood stand.

      Nov 02, 2012 02:16 PM

      Doc,

Regarding the pm stocks, YES it is very encouraging!

      Big Al

    Nov 02, 2012 02:11 PM

I tend to agree with you JJ, but Doc’s been right a few times ya know… I get what you are asserting, but this washout might take a week or two to base out (rally, base, drrrrrop, then base and rally). Tell ya what, put your money where your mouth is and eat an ounce of silver if you’re wrong. I hear it also has antiseptic qualities anyway ๐Ÿ™‚

I tell you what, JJ,how about instead of eating that ounce of silver you give it to me if I’m correct. Doc.

        Nov 02, 2012 02:08 PM

Hey if I haven’t parted with my silver/gold bullion yet since 2003 I’m not going to do so now, lol!….I keep it in a grizzly bears den behind my home.

I will acknowledge your correct $ call if the $ does in fact close above 81….trading is not about who is right or wrong in the short term but who can stay invested in a momentum driven bull market maxing gains.

I do have a standing bet with an old colleague who was a NY bank $ trader who should know better! that the $ will trade below 70 by 2014….I win I recieve 1oz of gold he wins I convert ??oz of gold into paper US currency to cover the $2500 bet.

Anyone using margin in these markets is “insane”

As Trader Rog says next week is gonna be wild……I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas…just 3 more sleeps

          Nov 03, 2012 03:32 AM

In these markets, margin is only for real professionals. And, those with balls of steel!

jj, I can tell that you’re still a non-believer. We’ll know by next Friday.

    Nov 02, 2012 02:26 PM

JJ, here’s another prediction you can gnaw on—-as I said I believe the dollar has started an ascent that will minimally ascend to 81.5 It’ll be interesting the next 2-3 weeks.

      Nov 02, 2012 02:28 PM

      Correction—82.5.

        JJ
        Nov 03, 2012 03:07 AM

82.5?? Richard why that target? I don’t see 82.5 on my daily, weekly or monthly chart as a key level working as a pull up from Fri close or as an area that would create a topping formation?

      Nov 03, 2012 03:35 AM

Really, Doc, 82.5 on the U.S. dollar.

That is an interesting call. Think it will be there if Obama gets re-elected?

I have told you people before , & i will tell you again…………..BUY PHYSICAL SILVER…….Because if you don’t, ……….You will live to regret it………………..Work out the number’s based on supply & demand…………….The law of supply & demand has existed for thousand’s of years………….It’s a law of nature.

irishtony I’m sure your already following one of the biggest silver bulls in the world, but maybe not as Eric is Canadian here is his blog and I never suggest anyone follow any advisor that has INcorrectly called the pm’s action, Eric made a great call back in Nov 2010 that silver would double in 6 months…..he was wrong it took 5 months…

      Nov 03, 2012 03:41 AM

      Absolutely correct, Mr. Irish!
