Premium Exploration Identifies an Additional Strong IP Target along the Idaho Gold Project

Premium Exploration Inc. (TSXV: PEM; OTCQX: PMMEF) (“Premium” or the “Company) is pleased to report that a ground-based Induced Polarisation (“IP”) geophysical survey at the Idaho Gold Project (“IGP”) has successfully outlined a new target at the X Zone. This new IP target exhibits coincident highly anomalous gold-in-soil and airborne mag/EM signatures. These characteristics are similar to those associated with the three known deposits along the IGP and suggest potential for the discovery of new gold mineralization at the Idaho Gold Project.

This is the 12th advanced target identified on the project. These twelve targets all exhibit highly anomalous geochemical signatures associated with strong airborne magnetic and electromagnetic and ground IP geophysical anomalies. The majority of the targets are yet to be drill tested.

Once again PEM puts out significant news but can’t get any love from the markets. This news didn’t do it and neither did the drill program start-up last time. I’m starting to wonder if strong drill results will even have an impact on SP. Oh well that’s the Venture for you!!

      Howdy Lougino,

PEM has a tough road ahead, but I am still keeping the faith because I like those guys! (Remember that I am a shareholder and that this is not investment advice.)

Sadly, the market reflects neither respect nor confidence for the management team which has made many serious errors. I had expected a better response today but….. nothing!

Also, just remember who is watching PEM with a keen eye……yes OSK and this company is very bold and successful. To move a town to get at a deposit shows the determination of it management, plus they did this when the economy was in the dumps. What is the market doing now…..nothing, but that is when the money is made….as the old saying goes, buy when there is blood in the streets. I am sure OSK is quite aware of the significance of all targets identified on PEM’s property. As a matter of fact, I believe OSK had some of their own geologist on PEM ground……..just some food for thought.

Al I’m curious of the chances of a deposit actually becoming a mine in 5 years or even being bought out in 3 years for a microcap in the $4-10 mil range …and what kindd of multiple one could hope for do you see pem as a 10 bagger in 3 yrs or less? all opinions welcome

I’m cost averaging here with PEM. The potential upside multiples are hard to ignore, if they survive.

You make a very good point Brad H!

I happen to agree with you.

and by deposit I mean this company, it’s property …or other companies like it….I guess it would all depend on the capex and pea? ….This is why I like the shows like gold rush; near surface stuff and people make $ on their own the simple way….these deposits of rich grades or average grade for some companies that are 150+ metres deep, I just don’t understand…there seem to be so few willing to buy them up at present!?
