Some Stunning Perspective: China Money Creation Blows US And Japan Out Of The Water

December 11, 2013

The chart below is a great visual to present the massive amount of money China is printing. While the fact is China continues to print money on an unheard of level I believe they are only doing it to maintain the Renminbi’s standing compared to the US dollar and other large trading partners. There is no doubt that this much printing will cause bubbles within the country but what is not stated in the notes of the post is that a significant portion of this printed money is being used to buy hard assets (not limited to only the precious metals). When all countries are printing money we need to look further down the line and assess what these countries are buying with the created money. Unfortunately in the western world it is government debt and equities while in China it is physical assets. This will play a huge roll down the road unless we can get back on track.

You are right, all currencies are in this race together. The problem is we do not know how long the track is… or when one country (or a group) will stop playing the game.

When The Chinese currency looks like toast their government will probably bring out a new Yuan where 1000 of the old currency equals one of the new and then back it with gold. The Western World will be stunned in disbelief, and China will have bought all their hard assets with printed money. You know what they say if you can’t spot the sucker in the room that’s because you are the mark, I just hope The West realizes what is unfolding before their eyes but I keep thinking the blind are leading the blind in our world. Here is another thing to consider do we really know how much money our governments are printing, The Chinese could be only trying to keep up. DT

I think the key point here is the Chinese are using their printed money to buy gold. There is no doubt they are keeping up with the US but that is what they have to do because of their massive US Treasury holdings.

Good comments DT. Hopefully the western world wakes up soon!

Imagine how many clandestine dollars have printed to pay off dictators and buy weapons, drugs, armaments, private armies, countries and operations?
China would like the privilige to do the rest of the world in Chinese never ending fiat.
How many Fed dollars were created without a trace in return for control all across the globe for generations?
Control the printing of currency, create a cache of armed forces and steal everything possible.Quite a gig I am sure China is intent on sharing.

Hey,and this is just Iraq and stories that hit the news.
There are so many dollars floating around out there it would be folly to think just how many trillions of US fed notes are out there unaccounted for.
Then there are other governments that may have printed Fed dollars with the Fed’s blessings.
