This seems pretty doldrummy to me, I like this staying above $1300, I suppose we could get hammered but I kinda think gold/silver/platinum and palladium are going to increase, maybe slowly maybe we get one of these $100 up days.(sure, that’s whatll happen)
Its possible that few people are noticing the increase in metals, and when people do notice they come in together driving the prices up.
I don’t know, but as I have no need to Im not selling lol,

I think it is just a matter of time before we see an explosion upward in Ag commodity prices. The traditional 7 major grain producing states are in the tank because of severe drought in the Southwest/ parts of the Midwest and the serious drawdown of the country’s largest aquifier in these states that depend on irrigation for crop production not to mention livestock and the severe California water shortages….all threaten the breadbasket of the World. I haven’t yet read anything about Canada’s projected production for 2014.

The next Department of AG crop report comes out on July 11th.

people here follow him.

If only he had a separate forum for everyone that has respect for his work
investors here could be better served.

He has made great efforts to help others here and it goes unappreciated.
Not by all, but the attacks bring a person lots of discontent.

All the other forums here can enjoy whatever they bring in. Just leave Matthew
out of the personal attacks.

Matthew will not only serve the interests of this site but investors who respect

Let Matthew have his own forum. Also, may he also choose to eliminate those

HH, kinda sounds like jj being chased away, when he was accuarate in his calls for lower gold, following him for some time made anyone money too. Not a popular guy at the time.

Bird, you mentioned the US was an economy based on consumption, last I read the writer was saying consumption was about 70% of the economy.

I have found Birds perspective to be extreamly insightful and notices points others completely miss, yes, he does correct others.
And other than excellent analysis he has a sense of humour others completely miss, funny as all get out sometimes.
Had you of followed jj, you would have made money, but it was his reasoning that was valuable.
Anyway, HH, economics is not a science, there are many ways to look at it and each “school” is valid from its own perspective.
Economics is more political than it is about money etc.
Be nice if more people understood that, but it really doesn’t matter if anyone does or not.
For me.I just wanna know some good shares to be watching when this “bull” actualy gets going.

Oh, and this “scrupples”?, I think honust opinions are full of scruples ethics and morality.

For me honesty is valuable, don’t get me wrong, I enjoy Mathew posting too, and yourself, except for the religious stuff.
You see, speaking of character, you see the religious stuff, namely your religion as “good character”, I don’t in the least, maybe its just all perspective.
For me, liberty is important or the “goal”, maybe some day we will have a society that understands it.
