Hey Doc re. conventional market, all of a sudden VIX hit 12 this morning. I know we were talking about the 9’s, but whaddya think the chances are we get a spike up to the 200 day MA? I was looking at a two year chart and see this has happened several times, only to get shot down again.
Chips, you could get your 200 day MA; in fact, the MACD certainly is showing that possibility currently. If we fall back again, it could be the last time. It looks like we’re living on borrowed time with the conventional—-it has been climbing a “wall of worry”.
Indeed the wall of worry. I’m looking at SPX 5+ bull run channel just seems to be ready for a move down toward the lower trendline around 1750. That lower trendline hasn’t been touched since November 2012. Probably just wishful thinking on my part, heh.
