Does Doc have a newsletter? If so what is his web site?
Gil, we’ve had multiple questions about a newsletter. When in Vancouver; Al, Cory, and myself will be discussing that potential. If we decide to put one out, we would like to find a niche or unique format. I would think Al/Cory would want to poll their audience to see what most people would find of value—-just a thought.
I’d want something that features Doc’s opinion. My question was whether Doc already was writing a newsletter.

Hi Doc, are you worried at all that we may get some sort of “deflationary scare” here? Funny but i am feeling that the markets are now almost getting worried that QE is ending and everything may go down for a time until the Fed cries “uncle” and says something about extending QE?
Housing starts fall…………..apartments account for about 1/2 of starts…..().see zerohedge…………Housing is not recovering and mortgage rates are on their way up.
Single family and apartment are combined in the housing starts, which are not the same in terms of outcome to individuals.
