    Well, there ya have it…

No crisis yet…not yet…in the markets. Hmmmm.

The M.O.’s out there in my neck of the woods….

    I’m not a back woodsman or a hick….

COMPLACENCY is very high with the big boys out
here in Southern Cal. All braggin about all their great
investments from real estate to equities. Everything
is the “buzz word” turns to gold.

    DAJAVU !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update on R.E. : As of this last week bids are drying up. Its
Spotty but Las Vegas real estate broker phones are ringing
off the hook with sellers wanting to liquidate taking advantage
of higher prices. Arizona is buckling with lower offers and buyers
are not coming to make offers. So. Cal. is also slowing down
significantly. Just a small foot notes on current market conditions.

YOU WANT MORE YOU NEED TO SUBSCRIBE…lol

private schools for my kids, European vacations and
lastly my mistress. Did I leave anything out ?

Yes we did, tips are accepted.

            Aug 15, 2014 15:49 PM

            You too….Brother Jerry

Looks like you are doing well
and in good spirits. In a world
            that’s gone mad.

Thanks and its always a pleasure
            to communicate with you.

            Wishing you a great weekend. ; )

HH, you are absolutely correct…the world has gone mad. But, there are still some bright spots and moments. Praise the LORD, for refreshing moments.

            Aug 15, 2014 15:16 PM

            ONLY FROM…THE AMAZING JERRY !!!!!!!

Right now Jerry I am embracing the bright
spots. I made a lot of new friends this week
not sure if I will ever see them again but it was
refreshing. Unusual week for me and all my days
were blessed. PTL…there are some big hearts left
in the world. But whatever Jerry I just roll with the
punches. When the going gets tough, the tough get
            going. SOS…HELP !!!!!! lol

My fatherinlaw use to say that all the time……..roll with the punches…,
and when the going gets tough, the tough get going……
Great human being …much like yourself………kind heart, giving spirit.

            Aug 15, 2014 15:55 PM

            I don’t know Jerry,

My pastor always says when you live with someone
makes all the difference in the world.

Here’s what I believe to be true.

ACTIONS ALWAYS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.

The vibs I get from you …is.. you speak the truth.

You have all the good characteristics and attributes.

What do I have ..not that much.

            YOU WIN JERRY….hands down.

Well Jerry, it starts with being honest with yourself.

SEEK YE THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND EVERYTHING
            WILL BE ADDED TO YOU.

We are brothers in Christ and we live by that sword.

And no one is going to tell us differently either.

The Gospel is that bond that keeps everything together.

If people would just live by it brother Jerry … : )

            Aug 16, 2014 16:12 AM

Amen to both you guys!! A

HH………..remember we are joint heirs….equal ……..each has their talents..each have their gifts……Best, thing …..PTL…WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN GRACE.
and tell, Andy…..thanks for the mention……….

            Aug 16, 2014 16:57 AM

Thanks brother Andrew and its a real blessing to have you on this forum. : )

You too brother Jerry. And you do speak truth with having grace, joint heirs,
talents and gifts. Again, Amazing comment Jerry.

Peace and rich blessings to both you brothers in Christ. : )

            Aug 16, 2014 16:20 AM

Also, I would like to add praising The Lord because
he is good in all his ways. Words will never describe
            how wonderful he really is.

            However, this world is not.

Thats what keeps me a believer. I know it is the
truth and refuse to believe anything different.

His promise of eternal life with him and happiness
joy and laughter is a gift no one should refuse or ignore.

Peace and blessings to all. ; )

I agree completely with Gary on the government not defaulting on the debt but will print. The U.S., being a currency issuer, does not have solvency constraints. They can’t technically go broke or become bankrupt.

JMiller………….have a question…..are you a janitor at the Whitehouse or the Bureau of Printing and Engraving………….Not trying to be smart,,,but, you have to be working for the govt. ……….just trying to better understand where you are coming from.
After all, Al, says we need to hear from all parties……………….

        Aug 16, 2014 16:11 AM

Why do you not ask Gary? He said the government will print money (dollars) and will not default. If the government can still print money then they are not really broke are they? What is so hard about that?

          Aug 16, 2014 16:16 PM

All governments START broke. They have absolutely nothing of their own. They always grow until they exceed what society can bear to pay.
I don’t know why it’s so hard to understand that a government should be considered bankrupt when its spending exceeds its “legitimate” revenue —or overt taxation (the kind that is done out in the open and even with wide acceptance and support).
To resort to the creation of money out of thin air without the population’s vote or even the knowledge that it is indeed a tax increase (of the most destructive kind) is NOT sustainable. At some point, people like you will wake up to the wealth transfer well under way, and revolt.

“Lenin is said to have declared that the best way to destroy the Capitalistic System was to debauch the currency. . . Lenin was certainly right. There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner which not one man in a million can diagnose.” —John Maynard Keynes

    Gary,

I hope you’re right about this being the bottom in Oil. It’s the 3rd time you’ve called it. First time was July 23 @ $103.27 and second time was August 1 @ $97.65

      Aug 16, 2014 16:13 PM

Definitely early in July. But once the bottom is in it won’t matter if one got in a little early or not as the bull will correct any timing mistakes.

    Regarding gold…free indepth market analysis.

    For Friday 8/15 highly recommended.

Gary Wagner. …chart this…kitco gold news.

I believe Gary W. will be able to answer
all concerns regarding gold over the short
term. In about 4 to 6 weeks a very good
    shot at 1380.

    IMVHO…its very high caliber analysis.

    The best kind. : )

Oil: Cycles and bottoms (which I know very little about) notwithstanding, I disagree about crude rising. From a supply/demand viewpoint:
    1) Demand – where will it come from? Japan recently a major contraction, Germany a contraction, Europe very weak and likely in recession, U.S. little if any wage growth – jobs are part-time and low-paying.

    2) Supply – recently increasing from Saudi Arabia, also increasing quite a bit from U.S. recently, Libya is going to reopen a facility in the eastern areas of that country and start providing more.

My perspective is supply up and demand down recently and possibly continuing. Until today, all the hot spot problems around the world have done nothing to stem the fall in the crude price. These geopolitical problems, and yet crude price goes down. I think there is a message there.

I do not see the supply/demand dynamic to be bullish for crude. I am being careful about jumping on board just because of a flare up in Ukraine.
