U.S. Households Are The Most Heavily Invested In Stocks Since 2000

September 22, 2014

An interesting chart is presented in the post which I have included below. Not since 2000 have we seen households and nonprofit organizations hold such a large percentage of their total financial assets in equities. We have to understand that as stocks go up this will increase the overall percentage however at the current levels of 35%, I do not feel this is a good thing.

Yes we are not at the peak experienced in 2000 so we might have further to go. The issue is, we have never been able to wind down these levels without a market crash…

Cory, have you taken the CFE?

So where are they getting the money to buy stocks when they’re in so much debt?

This can’t last forever but say anything and prepare to be crucified.

Just look at what the hairdos at CNBC did to Fleck

When are you going to get the Fleck back on? As I recall you were going to do a regular segment…Fleck on Fleck.

Hi sfc. I took the UFE to obtain my CA. I wrote the 3 days test back in 2010.

As for Fleckenstein, we stay in touch but he has not been able to join us recently. We hope he will come back on the show in the near future.

An Italian doctor says: “In Italy, medicine is so advanced that we cut off a man’s testicles, put them on another man, and in 6 weeks, he is looking for work.”

The Dutch doctor says: “That’s nothing, in Holland we take part of a brain put it in another man, and in 4 weeks he is looking for work.”

The Canadian doctor says: “Gentlemen, we take half a heart from a man put it in another’s chest, and in 2 weeks he is looking for work.”

The American doctor laughs: “You all are behind us. Five years ago, we took a man with no brains, no heart, and no balls and made him President. Now, the whole country is looking for work!”

This joke actually won an award for the best joke in a competition held in Britain.
