First of all, let me say, that I am VERY excited about this company and the potential.
I have worked on the FDA Validation of more than 10 medical products over the past 20 years. Roger White seems to know what he is doing. But … moving a medical product or drug from concept to market is VERY expensive. It ALWAYS takes longer and costs more than planned.
My concerns, as an investor, are not about the clinical process. I want to know if there are sufficient funds to cover this new activity from profits of the current product sales. If not, does this not mean dilution of shares, etc.? Also, is there ANY cost sharing between Theralase, the sites that are involved in trials, or other entities? ~ Brian
