Welcome!

We are due for a intermediate cycle low in the markets right around the corner

June 8, 2015

Gary is saying that the conventional markets need drop down to their intermediate cycle lows very shortly or else they will be setting up for a more significant move down later this year. Already in the 3rd daily cycle for this intermediate cycle, it is extremely rare to experience a 4th daily cycle.

            Jun 08, 2015 08:37 AM

In all seriousness we all make spelling errors when posting, and sometimes I have auto-correct on, and in a rush accept it’s suggestion which at times will change the meaning. I usually post a correction underneath if the meaning was affected, but don’t really care if is just a typo or spelling error in anyone’s post.

I don’t gage someone’s intelligence based on their perfection in spelling, but on the content of their message. This isn’t an English exam, it is a forum for the exchange of ideas.

            Jun 08, 2015 08:43 PM

Cory, just so you know mi amigo, these comments weren’t directed at you.

A big discussion broke out a few times the last 2 weeks where certain posters took each other to task for not being able to spell correctly, and JJ got in the cross-hairs one day, so he was referencing those prior posts.

Again, I could care less about perfect spelling, and only value the content of someone’s message. We were just cutting up to blow off some steam:-)

          Jun 08, 2015 08:47 AM

          I totally agree, JJ.

            Jun 08, 2015 08:38 PM

Wildcat changed its name and is going up despite the downtrend in gold. I sold when it crossed the 200mda. DOH !;-/

I am following Gary’s timeline roughly. Thanks GS.

      Jun 08, 2015 08:06 AM

Wow Dan. Wildcat (now AZ Mining) has continued to break out. Do you think it is because of the zinc discoveries they found along with the Silver and other Base metals?

        Jun 08, 2015 08:08 AM

Really, the only reason I ever followed this stock was its price leverage to silver. Its has broken that leverage as it is up while silver is down. Fundamentally I know next to nothing about their internal goings on.

        Jun 08, 2015 08:11 AM

Here was the press release showing their high-grade Zinc intercepts, accompanying the Lead and Silver values. Very impressive.

        http://www.azmininginc.com/news/wildcat-intersects-high-grade-zinc-lead-and-silver-at-hermosa-nw

          Jun 08, 2015 08:14 AM

Yikes. Those are huge intervals too.

            Jun 08, 2015 08:31 AM

            That’s amazinc!

            Jun 08, 2015 08:43 AM

            Good one.

            Jun 08, 2015 08:44 AM

BTW – Matthew, I should give you credit for bringing the large zinc intercepts to our attention in late May. Your comment last month was why I went to look for that press release in the first place. Thank you sir.

            Jun 08, 2015 08:03 AM

Dan, thank you again for keeping us up to date on the price action in Wildcat, as you have been spot on.

          Jun 08, 2015 08:19 AM

Zinc is highly sought after at present, so this likely added a very significant credit to their Silver/Lead values at their Hermosa NW project.

They also have the 2nd project, Hermosa Central, that is unique due to the Electrolytic Manganese along with the silver. December 2013 pre-feasibility study estimates annual production of 5.7 million ounces of silver and 110 million pounds of electrolytic manganese metal (EMM) at average cash costs of $4.41 per silver ounce and $0.74 per EMM pound over an 18 year mine life.

Now they have the name change, and I am wandering if they did this to reintroduce themselves to the marketplace and start a new chapter. Scorpio mining just recently changed their name as well to Americas Silver Corp, post merger, and I believe it is along the same lines……A new beginning and likely a re-rating by the marketplace.

            Jun 08, 2015 08:49 AM

            Hey Shad

Can I get an order of fries with that?

            Jun 08, 2015 08:28 PM

Yes sir…..Would you like to biggie size those fries?

We need all the money we can get to pay our fry salter $15 per hour minimum wage.

            Jun 08, 2015 08:55 PM

Yeah! BIGGIE! Oh wait. Do you offer “Gargantuan”?

And I would like extra napkins because eating zinc is SOOOOOoooooooo messy! Yuck!

          Jun 08, 2015 08:33 AM

          WOW.

            Jun 08, 2015 08:41 PM

Does your fry Salter speak English?

            Jun 08, 2015 08:32 PM

We have a spelling bee each year and the winner is picked to be our $15 an hour fry salter. There is no space in our organization for people that can’t spell ๐Ÿ™‚

            Jun 08, 2015 08:59 PM

But Shad can he/she make their own binaural beats?

            Have you seen this?

            http://binauralbrains.com/how-to-make-free-binaural-beats-1/

And just curious, what line of business are you in?

            Jun 08, 2015 08:01 PM

Also Shad, do you listen to white noise or music or other sounds over your binaural beats? (I like the sound of the ocena.) But if you do, how do you get the benefit of the binaural beats? Doesn’t the other sound cancel it out? How can you brain get the benefits of the binaural beats when they can’t be heard over the other sounds? This is something I just don’t understand.

            Jun 09, 2015 09:59 AM

Very cool links Ebolan. I will have to check out making my own binaural beats, as I have already experimented with combining some myself using music software.

As for sounds over the top it is usually OK because that calms or pleases you “conscious” awakened state of consciousness, and your “subconscious mind” is always running in the background and will still pick it up. The way it works is that the 2 hemispheres of your brain will subtract the difference from the left and right side and become entrained to the delta. (ie….195 Hz left and 205 Hz = 20 Hz). They call it brainwave entrainment.

My background has been working in a private family owned business doing sales and marketing with music labels & book publishers, that parlayed into assisting a colleague in the real estate investment seminar business (he sold his courses at Robert Kiyosaki, Anthony Robbins, and Donald Trump speaking engagments).

I also ran my own marketing team in the employee benefits arena, and then went to work directly in the insurance business and did some retirement planning (annuities, LTC, Life Insurance, IRA rollovers, Banking deposit products). Currently I am in technology sales for document management and data security.

    Jun 08, 2015 08:33 AM

I am just curious what Gary thinks will happen to silver? Will it get slaughtered the same as gold? or hold up strong in comparison? Possibly due to high industrial use etc? Thanks

      Jun 08, 2015 08:36 AM

It will probably get hit also.

        Jun 08, 2015 08:45 AM

Joel, Silver IS holding up well. It is not longer a question of how will it do.

      Jun 08, 2015 08:42 AM

If gold gets slaughtered in dollar terms then silver will too. What I would look for in that event are signs of relative outperformance (like falling less than is typical of such a decline. Silver usually falls more than gold if gold plunges so if it were to just fall the same amount in percentage terms, it would be seen as positive/bullish.

        Jun 08, 2015 08:28 AM

That is what I mean by holding up well.

Stocks need to go to 2040 not 1240. Sorry for the mistake.

      Jun 08, 2015 08:41 AM

1240 in the S&P would be a big correction ๐Ÿ™‚ Yikes!

      Jun 08, 2015 08:42 AM

no worries gary we chart guys knew the zone was 2040 not 1240, we all make mistakes, just don’t miss spell or your value will be zero!

        Jun 08, 2015 08:45 AM

Agreed. Then it is off with his head!

        Jun 08, 2015 08:43 PM

Geez I was due you meant $1240′ Did I miss something?

          Jun 08, 2015 08:45 PM

See my comments above to Cory.

    Jun 08, 2015 08:40 AM

First Nickel is latest on fast track to bankruptcy. Primarily Nickel and Copper but produces gold and silver as well. See yah First Nickel.

      Jun 08, 2015 08:42 AM

Now it’s worth a Wooden Nickel.

    Jun 08, 2015 08:50 AM

    Gary,

Please update us on bankruptcy with miners (don’t care about exploers). I don’t follow most miners but I hope they can get out of the way so the market can clear up.

    Jun 08, 2015 08:24 AM

Doc may have nailed this one and gold bounces a bit this week, but I think any bounce should be used to get out and get on the sidelines for now.

    Better safe than sorry IMO.

    Jun 08, 2015 08:33 AM

I find it funny that when the market, the gold price or any other parameter does not move according to GS – then it’s manipulation by the Fed or the bullion banks or …. Gary admits this is a completely manipulated market, in fact it’s in my opinion no longer a market of price discovery. Yet, you keep on making these predictions. It is clear even to the blind that these manipulators will do exactly what they want until they lose control an then ….. we will see. These predictions are just crazy in a completely controlled and manipulated market. That is the reason you buy gold not for some imaginary trade or cycles mumbo – jumbo.

      Jun 08, 2015 08:47 PM

      Ronnie,

I personally find Gary’s comments to be thought provoking. (And, Cory and I do talk with him at least five days per week.) All he is saying is what his cycles are telling him. Remember that we need all the input we can get. At least I do!

        Jun 09, 2015 09:06 AM

Thanks Al we all need the best advice. I am just not sure that methods of the past that stood in good repute predicting free market moves work in these manipulated markets of today. I fully appreciate market sentiments and cycle theory which were used by traders since the days of Jesse Livermore. Today we have the governments of the world in bed with the bankers moving markets, buying stocks and manipulating prices. Have they obliterated the business cycle – I believe so. Will the avert a catastrophe – no way.

    Jun 08, 2015 08:18 PM

    MARKET ALERT!!!
10M GDX shares + 1M negotiated with top price (19,02 dollars) closing market.

    Jun 08, 2015 08:23 PM

    I think Gary’s right.

That said, I’m keeping one eye on the monthly gold chart, just in case.

      Jun 09, 2015 09:12 AM

Bill, the monthly gold chart is THE key. I have a long term scenario based on that and another chart. I continue to believe a slow turn down in gold versus a cathartic blow-off —–the caveat is if the monthly chart suddenly changes—it hasn’t yet.

    Jun 08, 2015 08:17 PM

Gary cited 1240 when he meant 2040 with respect to the S&P technical support level that needs to be tested.
