March/April 2016 is another possible cycle low in gold mentioned by Biggus (who said it was from Armstrong) and Edelson also mentioned it in a recent report
So he thinks a low now… then a rise between now and March… followed by a lower low…

At least now the world is starting to classify Turkey as accomplice for terrorism as it should be. It has been for the last 30 years. Any time china has a terrorist event or arrest of Turkish sponsored terrorists, the west will attribute it to human right violation and actually blame the victim. They never look at the cause of it. It is starting to bite.
The turks have always been liars and thieves!
Turkmen tribe (Turkish super set) was defeated and driven out of North China in year ~660. They ran to the west. They were pushed further west by Chenghis Khan’s army in ~1200s. Somehow they became strong and prosper after Mongolian faded away and set up a large country called Osmanlı İmparatorlugu(?). They never forget about their old land. In 1870s, they took advantage that China was fighting British and French on the coastline and invaded China’s West (stab in the back, sounds familiar). They cooperated with Uyghurs and ruthlessly killed tens of thousands of Han and other ethnic groups such as Kazaks. China sent an army she barely able to assemble and took the region back. Blood flew like rivers as it was said. At the time Russia was supporting Turks and hoped to get the region after it fell into Turkish.
So, should I buy some base metal miners then or just stick with FB, GOOG and NFLX?
Even though I don’t see the relationship with the post above but I would stay away from base metals for now. When the world become chaotic, base metal usually goes down and precious metal goes up.

Al, I am learning too. I knew only vaguely about Osman Empire, so I checked it up yesterday. Easy with internet. Quite a few of these old nomad nations disappeared from China and sought refuge in Eurasia.
If you think from Turkish point of view, looking their relatives to be annihilated is not a happy feeling. They share blood and beliefs. I am sure soldiers will come after Russians if they are allowed. They could become terrorists instantly.
I think Russians will revenge by increasing the intensity of these attacks in front of Turks until Turkey cannot hold any more.

As opposed to the US, who trained Osama when he was fighting Russia, sold weapons to Saddam when he was fighting Iran, support the disgusting Saudi oligarchs with weapons, and is now supplying weapons to “rebels” in Syria. It’s a joke how stupid people are or are willing to turn a blind eye to this. Nope, “they hate us for our freedoms” is a much easier answer and so much more patriotic.

Turkey is not fit to be part of NATO. The Russian jet was over the border for 17 seconds and they had to pull the trigger.
Even US has confirmed that the Russian plane was shot down in Syria. It may have entered Turkey briefly. People there seem to be easy to run into conflict without considering the consequence.

I find it hard to fathom they won’t absolutely crush gold and commodities going into or coming out of next week’s employment numbers.
It is absolutely disgusting that they will literally spare no expense and break/bend every law when the TBTF banks were about to go bankrupt in 2008, but could give a rat’s @$$ when productive companies like miners and machinery makers (as opposed to rent seeking leeches) are on the ropes. It makes perfect sense, as the TBTF banks are and will be buying up these assets for pennies. Absolutely disgusting. And they will blame free market capitalism for the widening wealth gap.
Folks, this is a recipe for revolution. Where the hell did the Jeffersons and Madisons of this world go?
Probably realized they could make REALLY BIG MONEY if they changed their attitudes.
My gut tells me that about now is time to start buying into copper, iron, base metal miners.

I try to fallow Edelson but am having a hard time not to buy cef with a 11% discount right now.
Seems like no one wants to buy stocks at this level and they are waiting for a breakout but that can’t happen if all investors keep waiting. I am starting to buy into the VIX.
Edelson keeps reiterating that today is a low in gold according to his models. At least until March/April of 2016. I stepped into Seabridge and Harmony today. We will see how it goes from here.
