Anders from Copenhagen – I left several very detailed posts for you about UUUU, UEC, URG, and URRE on yesterdays KER blog with Doc. I’ve made a fortune on all 4 US Uranium stocks the last few days.
I also provided some rationale on big money entering the sector due to the abnormally large volumes we’ve seen the last 4 trading sessions.

Also – when you mention WUC – are you referring to Lithium Americas?
I am a big fan of them and have been since they were Western Lithium. Great company.
I trade the ticker LACDF though for Lithium Americas.
Here is a Composite Line Chart of 10 Lithium companies I follow closely. I also have done well the last 2 weeks in Neometals (RRSSF) but can’t get stockcharts to find them on any exchange for this chart.

Well, Fission started it’s run before any of the other Uranium stocks in the Athabasca Basin. (even before NexGen, Canalaska, Denison, or UEX). It was kind of like the Claude story for Gold, where it got a big head start and then slowed down.
Wasn’t Fission just rated the best Uranium development deposit by some big study?

I have heard the case for NexGen being the easier to mine asset because it doesn’t have the water issues that Fission will have. Regardless, both will be taken out by a larger company. I also believe UEX may get taken out by Areva and Canalaska will get taken out by Cameco.
What is interesting about the action since last Thursday is how much more the Uranium miners in the US have outperformed. (UUUU, URG, UEC, URRE).

It looks like the Uranium stocks are pulling back quite in this final hour of trading after such a crazy move up. Glad I trimmed yesterday and this morning…..considering adding a little back if the sell down continues…..
I bought back some URRE, UEC, and UUUU at the end of the day as they sold off hard. Nice!
Just like the last few trading sessions, the volumes the Uranium miners were crazy again today at 2 – 10 times the normal daily volumes. Something is going on…..
The precious metals have been strongly negatively correlated with the dollar.
Can someone please please comment on Rick’s outlook of $US strength in conjunction with a positive outlook on silver-gold .

Maybe its a buying opportunity for the long run but not for short term? What do you think?
Correct. If your focus is short term, you can do better with something else right now. The current level can be considered a strong “buy SOME if you have none” for the medium to long term. I think it will chop in a five to ten cent range for at least a few weeks (barring a dollar meltdown).
I still have a large position but would add to it if we see 37 to 35 cents. Based on the accumulation that took place in the .40s, I don’t think it will spend much time in the mid .30s if it does get there.

I really have been a fan of Scorpio Gold for a while have been accumulating on weakness and trading into strength for a low cost basis.
The marketplace has not awakened to about a dozen different smaller Gold producers that are making good strides, but didn’t really participate to the same degree in the mining rally for the first half of 2016. That is fine with me, as it gives me more time to keep dumping profits from other winning trades into these little profit dumpsters. 😉
Ex: The chart looks so good that I have to conclude that the smart part of the market does get it. All we need now is for the rest of the market to become comfortable with the probability that gold is going higher, not lower, for the foreseeable future. Until then, we can expect more days like today.
Luckily, I don’t think it will take a very big rise in gold to get it moving.

Good grief – I think that is the most bullish I have heard Rick in the 2 or 3 years that I have been listening to the KEReport… and bullish in both conventionals and in PMs to boot.
I was thinking the same thing about good ole Rick A. I have a very similar approach to the Oil markets topping out in the intermediate term in the low to mid $50’s as well.

Hey Matthew, have you noticed OLVRF or EGPLF lately? Pierre Lassonde owns 20% of OLVRF and he’s no dummy.
Lassonde is definitely no dummy but 20% of a $12M company is pocket change for him. I think he’d be the first one to tell you that he’s swinging for the fences with Olivut.
I know so little about diamond mining that I would have to pass on that one.
I owned Eagle Plains more than ten years ago but probably haven’t looked at it since. Thanks for bringing it up.
Lucara Diamond Corp. (LUC.TO) has been the one to own this year. Rick Rule spoke very favorably about them a few times in interviews and they found a monster rock last year, and sold the most expensive diamond this year. They’ve been on an absolute tear, but they may be getting top heavy.

One interesting side note on the Uranium explorer Canalska is that they have located a Kimberlite field in the Athabasca when doing exploration work and it sounds like it will be significant once all the news comes out. They just optioned with De Beers for more exploration. Just a heads up….
