A weekly wrap on the US markets, gold and the US Dollar
Chris Temple joins us for our end of the week market wrap. We detail the moves this week in the S&P, which continues to hit all time highs, if gold will continue to pull back through the summer and how the US dollar closed the week to confirm its breakout.
Next week will be a big week with continued earnings results, a Fed meeting and a statement from the Bank of Japan.

With regard to the mining shares market, although slightly down today, it was not as negative day as you might think.
The volume was highly reduced. I interpret that as favorable for mining shares.
(Selling volume was very low, even if there were few buyers.) This is giving the shares breathing room to reduce their general overbought condition.
