Maybe your right James, about 40? years ago I figured gold should be higher priced than it was.
Every time it started increasing in price someone would drop tons on the market driving it down.
Some things change slowly.

Watching presidential debates is a bit like watching ice skating. Ice skaters are adept and graceful and glide silently over the ice. Until BAM! SLAM! They flip, slip and trip! And DOWN THEY GO. It is so embarrassing and I feel the skater’s pain. And I am embarrassed for them.
This is it in Presidential debates. Things go along fine and then BOOM! The debater says Poland wasn’t controlled by the Soviets. Or the debater say “I’m going to raise your taxes or the debater….just completely loses his train of thought.

Back from Saratoga Springs – great meet, great summer.
Gold – I said several years ago and repeated it often that $1340 gold was the key.
This turned out to be 100% dead on accurate.
Anyone can see the $1340 level is a battle ground where the bulls and the bears will fight it out.
Bears always seem to knock gold down every time it gets over this level.
The air is rarified up here.
