Special Flood Relief Offer for New Orleans Conference

Cory
September 12, 2016

As Al and I stated on the weekend show in segment 7 with Brien Lundin, we think his New Orleans Investment Conference is one of the best shows in our industry. Now Brien is helping out the flood victims in Louisiana by donating all of the registrations money for his conference. Read the message below and click on the link to show your support for the conference and these people in need.

Many of you have inquired how we’re doing here in New Orleans after the reports of record flooding in south Louisiana. I’m happy to say that here in the New Orleans area we were completely unaffected.
Unfortunately, beginning about 50 miles to the north of us, communities were absolutely devastated. A low pressure system stalled over the region and continuously pumped in moisture from the Gulf of Mexico over nearly three days.
Over a broad swath of the state, more than two feet of water fell — reportedly enough to cover the island of Manhattan to a depth of 1,500 feet. In three days, more rain fell there than California gets in three years.
These areas weren’t flood-prone. In fact, most had never flooded in recorded history. Thus, the vast majority of home-owners had no flood insurance at all.
It will be a long, hard road back for tens of thousands.
But hard times often bring out the best in people, and in this case the rise of the “Cajun Navy” — thousands of private boat owners rushing to the rescue of those flooded — bolstered our faith in humanity. It was an example of self-reliance, and of private citizens doing what government could not.
It occurred to me that this in many ways parallels the spirit of the New Orleans Conference, and convinced me to launch a special program in which conference registrants could have their entire registration fee — every cent — donated toward flood relief.
We evaluated many charities, avoiding those with high administration costs or those that would direct aid elsewhere, and decided to focus the donations to the Salvation Army. (Despite its religious connotations, I know, first-hand, that the Salvation Army offers the most effective, direct aid to disaster victims. And especially so in this case.)
For this special offer, we’ve set up one dedicated link and offer page through which all the donations will flow.
As you know, the New Orleans Conference offers a unique opportunity for profits this year, as the metals and mining stock markets bound higher. But by registering through this special offer, your followers can also do well by doing good.
Please know that, because every cent of these registration fees will be donated toward flood relief, we can’t pay commissions on responses through this offer.
You will have already received a tracking link from us for regular promotions of the conference. You can still use that link and receive commissions for resulting registrations.
But for this special flood-relief offer, in which all of the registration fee will be donated, please use this link:

Also, I’d appreciate if you would spread this link and offer through your social media accounts and any other media you may have available. And ask any of your friends and colleagues to also spread it far and wide.
I’m hoping that we’ll be able to donate a lot of money, because it’s desperately needed.
Thank you for your consideration,
Brien
