NOVO DRILLS 143.5 GPT GOLD AT TUSCARORA
Novo Resources, lead by CEO and President Quinton Hennigh released drill results form 2 drill holes from the Company’s Tuscarora gold project. The holes showed some nice gold grades including “Hole 16TSRC-002 encountered 74.18 gpt Au over 3.05 m including 143.50 gpt Au over 1.52 m, and hole 16TSRC-001 encountered 5.96 gpt Au over 3.05 m including 7.20 gpt Au over 1.52 m”.
These holes, that were drilled from the same pad but sloped at different inclinations, provide Novo with some further information on the mineralized vein being explored. the Novo stock is preforming well today (currently up 3.5%) but I think the market is waiting for the remaining 6 holes that are part of the program.

I did write about it in August and mentioned it again in an interview released recently.
Bob Moriarty: I wrote about Novo Resources recently and it’s a company I’ve written about numerous times over the last five years. They did a BLEG survey with the help of Newmont Mining (NEM) and they located an area that was just lit up with gold but unfortunately it was not on their property. They spent the last couple of years picking up pieces of ground that nobody else wanted. They’ve actually got 3 major projects in progress right now and they are going into production on a small scale. They are drilling in Nevada. Results should be out in 3-4 weeks. We can expect some big intercepts on the order of 2-3 meters in length but multiple ounces in grade.
If you like Tuscarora, you are going to love Blue Spec. And Novo has another 6 holes already drilled in Nevada with results out shortly. If they can match the 2.4 ounces gold over 3.05 meters, I think the stock will start to run.
I had a heart to heart discussion with Quinton and Leo yesterday about putting information on the website promptly and I am assured communication will be far better in the future.
Whether it melts up from here or just “cruises” higher, I have little doubt that the next big move will be up, not down (if it happens to pull back 20 cents first, I do not count that as a big move).

Klondex Mines Ltd. is providing a mineral reserve and mineral resource update for the Fire Creek mine and Midas mine, both located in northern Nevada.
Sandstorm Gold Ltd. has provided an update at various projects underlying the company’s streams and royalties.
Cerro Moro development on track
The Cerro Moro project is a high-grade gold and silver deposit in the Santa Cruz province of Argentina, currently in the development stage with first production planned for 2018. Yamana Gold Inc. has been carrying out a 2016 work program at Cerro Moro including the ramp-up of site construction activities, the continuation of detailed engineering, as well as the advancement of underground mining in order to gain a better understanding of in situ mining conditions. Yamana’s planned expenditures for 2016 are expected to be approximately $53-million (U.S.), leaving $224-million (U.S.) in total for 2017 and 2018, with the majority of the capital being spent in 2017. This development approach allows for further exploration drilling in order to increase the size of the Cerro Moro mineral resources, and to improve the current mineral resource categorization. The 2016 exploration program at Cerro Moro is expected to complete a total of approximately 16,000 metres of drilling and is focused on discovering a new high-grade structure and expanding the current indicated mineral resources.
