Technical outlooks for copper, interest rates and the VIX
Today with Rick we take a look at copper, treasuries and volatility to see if any of the recent trends will continue. To start Rick is not a believer of the up move in copper. Long-term Rick is still a bond bull and as for the VIX it could stay at a higher level after the election. Listen to find out why.

Hi SLM,
The drop is exclusively thanks to the financing. I understand the Company was going to need more money. We are reaching out to Roger today for a comment. I am wondering if the $6 million that they are intending to raise is already committed. If it is I am not worried.
Unfortunately the trials cost money and time. hopefully the $6 million takes care of the money issue…
Cory,
Is this $6 million capital raise something new, a recent development?
I was aware of additional capital needs required for enrollment and trials, however l do not recall Rodger putting an exact amount out to the market.
Cannot find that amount anywhere when doing further research. Was there a formal anouncement? And if it was all ready known by the market would if not be already discounted in the stock price?
Looks like they are offering 20 mil shares only in Canada at a price below both Canadian and US shareholders at Canadian $.30 plus some warrants. I don’t have the announcement in front of me, but there is also a time limit of 60 months. This appears to undercut all current shareholders and will suppress the price of shares for an extended period of time…despite human trials. I wonder who advised them to do this manner of financing. Please tell me I am wrong as this does not show confidence in their product.
Also, the TLTFF release was “not” for US distribution or dissemination. They forgot about affecting the US price and US holders of stock.
Off-Topic! Or is it?
For those that have not been to India recently:
The 1,000 and 500 Rupee notes will cease to be legal currency as of midnight local time in each jurisdiction.
1000 Rupees was about US$ 20.
For a President that wants to control all money, removing $100 and $50, by Executive order, from being legal tender could happen one day.
(Only one day’s notice was given, I believe, by Modi in India!)
That’s insane. India uses cash way more than the U.S. does. Modi is a monster who has been the reason behind massacres against Muslims in northern India, killing many Christians recently too.
Stocks are acting like Jezebel will win.
Gold is acting like Trump will lose.
We are in the final days of America.
Remember Arrogate won the Breeders Cup classic.
Arrogate means to take something unfairly, unwarranted, without right.
This is what Jezebel is doing.
An omen
If gold goes down, it won’t be for very long. I don’t see how Hillary will be negative for gold unless you think all is well with the world and governments have the printing machine under control.

Parallels in price action and voters’ concerns.
HEY FELLAS, IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN SOMEONE ON KE WHO STATED THAT PLATINUM CAN FORESHADOW MOVEMENTS IN GOLD. ALSO, DOES PALLADIUM HAVE AN INFLUENCE?
THANKS
The person who made that statement appears to have been grasping at straws.
In fact, at the important low last Dec./Jan., it was gold that bottomed first.

Longer term, I still don’t see anything special — except for the fact that platinum is much more volatile.

Gold also bottomed ahead of palladium last Dec./Jan. and at the 2008 lows:

Hey Al,
I’m thinking that the Michael Moore clip you saw from some right-leaning was clipped from the whole movie to make it seem like it was pro-Trump. Michael Moore’s movie is saying that Trump will destroy America.
I wonder if the market is assuming a Clinton win or if it is comfortable with either side as it is too close to call.
If you just use the markets as an indicator it looks like a Jezebel win.
We need another Brexit
Markets look just like pre-Brexit
