Reviewing the moves this week in the Dow, Gold and Silver
Rick Ackerman and I review the moves we have seen this week in the US markets as well as the precious metals. It seems almost unbelievable that the Dow is back above 20,000 after the weakness is showed just a few days ago. Just goes to show that betting against the Dow remains a tough game. As for gold and silver these are both a levels that Rick remains in a bullish stance as we head into next week.

31-20+3+ 23 days?
Great math Cory.
I guess that’s modern math.
Haha yea yea my bad CFS. After saying it I knew it was wrong… I meant to say a full 13 days. Even if it were 23 days he’s still done a lot 😉
Rick or anybody, what’s that company called? The startup that had a hard time raising the million + ?
+1 for Walmart as it offers the consumer another option.
Competition is good. Plus Amazon isn’t as good to its customers as they used to be. So people are looking for alternatives.
Amazon and all other bloated big caps/tech companies will probably run for a few more months then get slammed if there is ever a serious correction. I you think history of the stock market doesn’t apply anymore…be my guest.
By the way,
I also would not assume Amazon will never get into the “bricks and mortar” game. Things could change on that score. Some folks are getting sick of returning clothes, shoes etc from online vendors.
Your name fits, confused, Amazon has already announced it is going to be in bricks and mortar stores in limited major urban centers.
Sorry CFS! You right on that one!! I was thinking of Shoeme when I was writing that. Either way WHEN the next stock crash kicks in quality players like Amazon will get smashed too.
I like the markets crashing next week idea. Asia needs to be back for the markets to crash big time.

Should I be trusting someone called Cowboy Bill?
ha,ha…..good one Bob……
Trust is an ephemeral characteristic.
Usually it’s “What have you done for me lately?”
Would we trust someone called Sitting Bull? 😉
Even Custer understood the AmerIndians — bad timing, though.
How about Crazy Horse……..
Rick,
Don’t you think Walmart, with its move to direct delivery and free two-day shipping on orders over $35 has now woken up to compete with Amazon.
