      Thanks Tony,

      Kind of what I figured.

Unfortunately the left in our country is yelling so damn loud that those of us who disagree with them are not being effectively heard.

I fear social unrest right around the corner. Is that true in your country.

      Sierra metals : DBEXF

        Feb 15, 2017 15:50 PM

Sierra, I would say-Fully priced at these levels

          Feb 15, 2017 15:02 PM

Yes, as fare as DBEXF / SMT – I’d say there is always room for it to run a bit more (as they just had some good quarterly results), but it isn’t cheap anymore after the huge run up it’s had.

This one really irritates me as I was in a position in Sierra Metals for a while and it wasn’t moving much, and I threw in the towel to reallocate those funds. Then shortly there after is skyrocketed like I haven’t seen it do in quite some time. That’s always a bummer….

Anyways, I celebrate their success as of late and think they are a solid producer that hardly ever gets discussed. Just figured I’d post their results to keep in front of investors here at the KER, just in case we get a nice pullback in the metals this spring. I’ll be waiting for a corrective move to see if a good entry opens up.

            Feb 16, 2017 16:42 AM

Ex, I agree on a pullback on Sierra.

Cobalt: From Secret Ingredient to Shining Star? A Conversation with Global Energy Metals

Thursday February 16, 2017 – By Bodo Albrecht,

“Cobalt prices have increased by more than 47% year-over-year, one of the largest gains in the entire metals spectrum. The rise comes as the markets for electric vehicles and electronic devices continue to grow rapidly around the world, nourishing fear of a cobalt supply shortage.

The majority of the cobalt, 90%, produced today is tied to copper and nickel production and therefore tied to other markets. Because of that, a downturn in other parts of the economy frequently leads to production adjustments or shutdowns of mines as we have seen in recent past, reducing the amount of cobalt supply.”

Am I the only person that remembers Ted Cruz and Mike Lee standing up in the Senate under the Devil Incarnate complaining about the NSA and FBI bugging reporters phones, etc.

They were crucified and called anti-American.

I bet Obuma’s Minions recorded all of Trump’s potential candidates for cabinet positions phone calls ILLEGALLY.

Mika Will Not Invite Kellyanne Conway to Morning Joe Anymore, Because She Doesn’t Like Fake News

Here we go. They got Flynn and now they’re out for Conway, Miller and then Bannon.

The daughter of the founder of all globalist neocon shills, Mike Brzezinski, said this morning that she’d no longer have Conway on her show because she doesn’t like fake news. Then her cucked partner, Joe Scarborough, chimed in, essentially calling Conway persona non grata — painting her as an ego driven media whore who isn’t in any of the White House meetings and has no idea what’s going on.

Really? What sources inside the White House can confirm this? Joe furthered saying that ‘any reporter’ can ask people inside the White House about Conway’s access to the briefings and they’ll confirm that she’s, basically, cast aside in the dark — left to doing teevee shows, perpetuating fake news stories.

The lazy thinking demonstrated here is astounding. Clearly, this is a smear campaign by the shills at MSNBC, in an effort to deride Conway. I find it next to impossible to believe that a spokeswoman for the White House would be treated in this manner, especially 3 weeks into the administration. The only fake news taking place here, ironically, are from the shills at MSNBC.

          http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-02-15/mika-will-not-invite-kellyanne-conway-morning-joe-anymore-because-she-doesn%E2%80%99t-fake-n

Agreed. Go RZZ & GZZ. Honestly, they’ve actually done quite well compared to the other more widely followed peers in the Royalty company / Prospect Generator space. I had posted this chart earlier today on ceo and it illustrates just how well RZZ and GZZ have done since last year.

      * Here is a 1 year Bar Chart showing how the ~prospectgenerator ~royalty business model has netted 60%-300% stable returns since this time last year.

      Companies featured:

      ALS.TO, EMX.V, AMI.TO, SMD.V, GMX.TO, MRO.V, MD.V, GZZ.V, RZZ.V, MLN.V

      http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/perf.php?ALS.TO,EMX.V,AMI.TO,SMD.V,GMX.TO,MRO.V,MD.V,GZZ.V,RZZ.V,MLN.V&p=5&O=111000

        Feb 15, 2017 15:51 PM

Yes and tomorrow we find out if these results are pushing them to newer highs….btw 340,000 of today’s volume on gzz was a block sold by Raymond James and bought by BMO. Fwiw

        Feb 15, 2017 15:05 PM

Golden Valley leading the pack at 330% gain since this time last year, and Abitibi Royalties up 211% in second, with Eurasian Minerals up 125% for third.

Not too shabby consider these are more stable companies due to their diversification across multiple projects. They behave more like ETFs or streamers in that great news in a company or bad news in one company won’t move them much except on the short term, but likewise they won’t react strongly for wild trading.

What I do like about that whole group of 10 companies in that chart, like the Millrocks, or Strategic Metals, or Globexs, or Midlands of the world, is that they have moved higher in a more orderly way. They aren’t going to have the same leverage as a smaller Jr but they are good place to dump some profits from riskier trades for a more gradual climb higher.

Yes, I’ve seen a few folks posting about them recently, and that they are rekindling things at that historic site. It’s been added to watch-list, but I already have a few different zinc stocks (even grabbed some Callinex recently because it’s so bombed out) and am likely adding 1 or 2 more Zinc miners to the group and that’s it. Thanks for that article though – it had some good Zinc macro info.

I still may add 1-3 cobalt stocks and 2 or 3 more Copper stocks and that’s it for me on Base Metals. I’m fully allocated at present to Gold & Silver & PGMs & Uranium & Lithium and may trim back some if we get more nice upleg in commodities and energy.

Have a great rest of the week trading.

        Feb 15, 2017 15:07 PM

I really appreciated this Video from the Metals Investor Forum in January where Callinex brought up the 800 lb gorilla in the room and the drill results they had that caused the shares to tank. When taken in the totality of their long history of success with the company, prior successful exploration work where they have already identified their resources, and why they were going out elephant hunting in the first place, then it all makes sense, and it looks to me like investors got emotional, freaked out, and oversold this company just on a few of the more recent holes. I couldn’t stand it any more, and decided to start a position in it recently at these super clearance sale levels. I can’t see it slipping much more from here, but if it does I’ll average down. What I can see is their 2017 drilling campaign pulling some good drill holes and really popping this Zinc explorer much higher.

Currency Pioneers Mold Nation of Gold Bugs at Ex-USSR’s Edge
by Evgenia Pismennaya and Anna Andrianova
    February 15, 2017

“Kyrgyz National Bank governor wants everyone to own some gold”

“Central Asian country’s central bank purchasing more bullion”

“A landlocked nation perched between China and Kazakhstan is embarking on an experiment with little parallel worldwide: shifting savings from cattle to gold.”

“One of the first post-Soviet republics to adopt a new currency and let it trade freely, Kyrgyzstan’s central bank wants every citizen to diversify into gold. Governor Tolkunbek Abdygulov says his “dream” is for every one of the 6 million citizens to own at least 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of the precious metal, the Central Asian country’s biggest export. ”

“Gold can be stored for a long time and, despite the price fluctuations on international markets, it doesn’t lose its value for the population as a means of savings,” he said in an interview. “I’ll try to turn the dream into reality faster.”

Do not tell the deep state ……..next they will be going after the gold of Kyrgyzstan

        Feb 16, 2017 16:56 AM

In their case the deep state and their central banks wants their citizens to hold some gold over cattle. Not a bad idea, and I thought it was interesting for a country to have that position in this day and age.

          * What is the ‘Mean Reversion’

“Mean reversion is the theory suggesting that prices and returns eventually move back toward the mean or average. This mean or average can be the historical average of the price or return, or another relevant average such as the growth in the economy or the average return of an industry.”

      Feb 16, 2017 16:04 AM

Just as a heads up to investors that haven’t been following Montan Mining…. They are setting up to be a significant toll miner in Peru, and will be very similar to what Inca One has built out as toll miner.

Speaking of Toll Miners – Nicola Mining really had a great day yesterday. They have more going on than just their mill, with the new focus on the Copper ore at Thule that they are selling to a TECK subsidiary and their old Treasure Mountain Silver mine that they said they’ll put back into production when Silver hits $25+.

        Feb 16, 2017 16:09 AM

The corporate development guy from Montan just popped on CEO and posted this:

@Luis – “Morning guys. we at Montan Mining just announced the transformative acquisition of Kairos SAC and their fully operational 125 TPD float and CIP plant in Northern Peru.

Please read the news release for more information but long story short upon closing of this acquisition we will be a fully integrated precious metals producers with two plants including one in full production and cash flow, a mine and 10 mineral concessions throughout the country. we are also the first TSX-V processing company to be in the North of Peru where the industry is going to focus next. Happy to answer any questions throughout the day. #mny #montan #gold #peru

Here is the brand new Corporate Presentation for Montan Mining:

          http://montanmining.ca/pdf/MNY%20Corporate%20Presentation%20-%20Q1%202017%20vWEBSITE.pdf

            Feb 16, 2017 16:18 AM

            Impressive.

            Feb 16, 2017 16:59 AM

@Luis – “Tommy our thought is that usd $3M payment will be secured through debt/streaming/bullion loans. neither plant has any material debt on them now. given that they are hard assets we are already in talks with various groups as we have been on an exhaustive banking roadshow under NDA the past two months.

You can see our peer group has always had access to debt and this will avoid unnecessary dilution. we also have $3M+ in warrant cash at above $0.10 and we have placed the right people in the stock throughout the last rounds to help us get there. now that we are live on the New Montan the business becomes easier to finance. #mny 2 25 minutes ago

@jamjam – “Luis do we know how much gold we have in that property?”

@Luis – “jamjam the gold properties are greenfield but really interesting. when pacific alliance first went to Peru they claimed 87,000 hectares of land throughout the country in conjunction with a pretty well known Peruvian geo. after they decided that real money could be made by putting a plant in the north they dropped ~90% of their concessions except for the 6 that we are acquiring.

The two gold ones have had sampling done and are in the Atico valley about 10kms from our Cerro Dorado plant. they kept it because it was the most prospective concessions in their minds and when we reviewed the data it was impressive. so look, right now we don’t know how much if any gold is there, but they are in the right valley and early indications are good. we will look to JV the properties out to small-scale Peruvian producers and have them bring any mineralized rock to our plant. that is the peruvian toll milling model. claim, jv, put small scale high grade miners in the property and bring rock to plant. #mny ”

@Luis – “Tommy regarding cerro dorado we permitted the plant to an effective 125 tpd even while we were closing the acquisition. we have now permitted a new 60 TPD float circuit, a 5 years tailings area, lab and scale etc. this just happened weeks ago. Part of the reason we were keen on the Pacific Alliance Kairos deal is we now get a proven engineering team to start-up cerro dorado.

We also hired the former plant manager for Inca One to help out at Cerro Dorado along with his proven permitting consulting team. we will look to get going there as soon as we close the Kairos acquisition just lining up all of our ducks. we now have the asset base and team we need + Kairos adds cash flow. optionality on how much we need or don’t need to finance. #mny”
