Ex, Chinese Hedge Funds are stockpiling cobalt, $280 million worth. They are not so worried about the manganese market because they control it. China is desperate to have electric cars particularly with their pollution problems. Can you imagine how this will help their air quality. CSK has cornered the cobalt from Cobalt Ontario, they own the old Duncan Kerr mine and have a letter of intent to buy the only cobalt processing plant in the area with a capacity of 4000 TPD.
