Bonzo Barzini – I appreciate that you have been one of the more vocal supporters of Novo (NVO) (NSRPF) for quite some time on here. It feels like Quinton and the team are finally starting to get noticed. Cheers!
NEM owns about 23% of NSRPF. I’d be happy to swap ea share of my NSRPF for one share of NEM one day.
+23
I believe NEM only owns 15% but Management & Insiders own 24%.
I’m downgrading my prior comment to +15, but adding a +24 for the Management & Insiders.
😮
When I 1st bought Novo NEM owned 25% of it, but NSRPY has issued a lot of shares, diluting NEM’s stake. I did not know it had fallen under 20%. But one day NEM may own 100%.
I believe the legalities now are that anything over 20% ownership can trigger and offer of acquisition, so most strategic stakes are between 10-20% now. I agree that one day NEM may own 100% . That wouldn’t hurt my feelings much. (lol).
Ever Upward!
I think it moved yesterday about 15%
Kinda makes ya think some body knew somethin. lol
insider trading from a congressman…….. 🙂
Thanks for having John on……..to go over Novo
