Exclusive Glen Eagle Resources Comments from President Jean Labrecque

Cory
August 16, 2017

Glen Eagle Resources released news yesterday that outlined the plans for the 43-101 on the La Cobra project. I had the chance to chat with the President of Glen Eagle Resources, Jean Labrecque this morning to get a better understanding of the steps the Company will take to further understand the resource.

Glen Eagle Resources is a sponsor on the site and a Company that has my interest because of the unique position they have built in Honduras. The Company has small scale commercial production underway and plans to continue to grow the production in the short term (we touch on this in the interview) as well as the exploration upside from the La Cobra property. This mining concession was granted to Glen Eagle thanks to its close relationship with the government. It was a past producing mine that has the potential to still have a nice resource at the dump site (rock that was not economical at much lower prices) plus at the actual mine.

Click here to visit the Glen Eagle website for more information.

Also feel free to email me with further questions for Jean. I can be reached at Fleck[at]kereport.com.

AXU should be providing some entertainment soon. Unprecedented low volatility range over the last 4.5 months IMO.

      Spankster:
I’ll agree with you on this one. That is a really nice consolidation or base which ever.
With some decent drill results you should get a pretty decent move.

        Aug 16, 2017 16:04 AM

Well I hope that it breaks up instead of down.

Also, unfortunately, you often can get a very large initial headfake out such a tight range, which is then followed up by a massive and sustained trend in the opposite direction.

          Aug 16, 2017 16:18 AM

Spankster: If thats the case, buy the breakout if it goes past the headfake. If not use a stop to protect yourself on the downside. My self I would want to have at least started a position before the drill results are released.Once the results are released you can pretty much tell what the stock should do.

            Aug 16, 2017 16:26 AM

I am already balls deep in AXU.

            Aug 16, 2017 16:42 AM

            Spankster:
Sometimes it is better to cut your losers loose because you end spending to much time focussing on them, thus leaving yourself blind sided to other opportunities.

      Aug 16, 2017 16:31 PM

AXU has a great deal of newsflow slated for the next few months, so the break will likely be to the upside on the drilling results, resource expansion, and announcement of the mine restart.

Today is a very important day for SLV, IMO. Right now, the 20 day ema is positively crossing the 50 day ema by 1 cent. It needs to close very near 16 today for this positive cross to stick. As you can see, a positive cross is not a common event on the daily chart, and has been followed up by significant and sustained rallies in the past. Look at January 2017.

    http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=SLV&p=D&yr=1&mn=0&dy=0&id=p56503809921&a=539836775&listNum=1

      Spankster:
The chart is bullish, notice the MACD Histogram did not go below the zero line before resuming it’s climb.

        Aug 16, 2017 16:11 AM

FOMC minutes (at 2 pm?) could kill the metals and miners today, or at least do just enough to keep the bulls and bears guessing. A drop below the 20/50 day EMA for SLV, would not be too bullish IMO.

      Aug 16, 2017 16:12 AM

      Spanky,
If SLV closes the week higher than 15.80, that would be bullish. If it closes the week below, that would be bearish. Either way it goes, it will be a strong move.

        Aug 16, 2017 16:28 AM

I read an article the other day that argue each president since Kennedy is worse than the previous one, and he wondered what the one after Trump will be like and do.

I find it tuff to think any president could be worse than w wilson, the fed and ww 1 has gotta be tuff to top.

Ya know, if someone dug him up and scattered his remains to the 4 winds, that might hit the news. Would provide an opportunity to explain why.
        Treasonous scumbag he was.

Each worse than the previous? Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump…hard for me to see any clear ranking here. Was Carter or Reagan worse than Johnson? But it’s all been bad at least since JFK, seems to me.

They Want to Get Rid of Cash – Lynette Zang

Market analyst Lynette Zang says get ready for a “money standard shift.” A reset in how we buy and sell things is being put into place. Zang contends, “Look at the crypto currency area because they know that’s where they want to go. They have to take us there so they can get rid of cash, and they can control everything directly. . . . Generally speaking, all these new crypto coins that are coming out and are making lots of money and people marry that money because of nominal confusion, what is really happening is they are preparing us . . . for a money standard shift.”

Zang explains that the U.S. dollar has lost about 96% of its value since inception of the Federal Reserve, and its value is “nearing the bottom. . . . So, there is no place else to go but to digital currency,” says Zang.

On interest rates, Zang says with all the massive debt out there globally, rates cannot be allowed to rise, and central bankers “need interest rates to be negative.” Zang says, “Interest rates will not go up too much further because that will trigger the derivative market unless they are ready for the shift . . . because all that debt keeps coming due. It’s not like they are paying that debt off, they are just rolling it into additional debt. Rising interest rates will cost everybody more money.”

If rates go up to around 4%, Zang contends, “That would be a trigger and cause a derivative event that will implode all the markets.”

Zang says we are headed towards an undemocratic technocratic financial system. Zang explains, “Technocrats don’t care about people, they care about systems. That’s what the most important thing is. The formulas that guide all of those systems is not how a democracy works. . . . Essentially, what they are trying to do is get all wealth held in cyberspace and the title to all wealth held in cyberspace. Then the “Smart Contract” can immediately transfer that title. You can go to the mall and spend the equity in your house.”

Zang warns that central banks could make a big mistake and lose control quickly. Zang says, “They could lose control because it’s all about confidence. Why do they keep testing all of this confidence? People have been losing a lot of confidence in the governments and central banks. Why do they need a trustless system? They could lose control.”

Zang says every fiat currency will reset against gold and silver, and if it happened today, she estimates “gold would be more than $9,300 per ounce” and “silver would be more than $625 per ounce.” Zang says, given all the unpayable debt in the world, those are conservative estimates.

That’s the market. Its herding cats into a cage, then you spring the rukles on them. If crypto folks don’t think the cabal will be regulating them, there is a bridge for sale..cheap.

The bankers have no plans on sharing the next skim out of all accounts. They will get to charge you for the privilage of storing your digits with them. Cash gets in the way. Summmers & Dimon had to chime in with the rest of the cabal today.

    Off topic:

An astronaut wandering the moon next year could use a smartphone to call home. A German startup is preparing to set up the first telecommunication infrastructure on the lunar surface. The German company PT Scientists, short for Part-Time Scientists, which originally competed for the Google Lunar X Prize race to the moon, plans to send a lander with a rover in late 2018 to visit the landing site of Apollo 17. (Launched in 1972, this was NASA’s final Apollo mission to the moon.) Instead of using a complex dedicated telecommunication system to relay data from the rover to the Earth, the company will rely on LTE technology — the same system used on Earth for mobile phone communications. “We are cooperating with Vodafone in order to provide LTE base stations on the moon,” Karsten Becker, who heads embedded electronics development and integration for the startup, told Space.com.

You would be right not to invest in the PTScientists firm….Bunch of dumb*sses in my opinion.

e.g. Cell phone technology is not duplexed….imagine the problem with the delay and not being able to have both ends speak at the same time.
Or imagine the problem of trying to radiation shield the electronics.
Even the curvature of the moon surface is a problem for long distance line of sight communication.
