Welcome!

An Exclusive Introduction To Dolly Varden Silver Corp.

Cory
August 22, 2017

As requested by a few of you through emails to me I had the chance to chat with Gary Cope, President and CEO of Dolly Varden Silver Corp. Gary and his team took over the Company at the very beginning of the year and have been busy releasing some great drill results.

In our chat Gary outlines the two properties in the Dolly Varden portfolio and the current drill program. Before the change in management the Company rolled back its shares which leaves a very tight share structure and some great exploration targets.

If you have any follow up questions for Gary please comment below or email me directly at Fleck@kereport.com.

Thanks for this interview. I just invested in Dolly Varden this week, based on the amazing silver-EQ grades. This is a new favorite silver explorer, for me; thee golden triangle is one of the best places for mining in the world, right now.

Recent action is bullish even if it falls back below that fork support to consolidate for awhile…

*I have no position in Dolly Varden.

I’ve got a nice position in Dolly Varden and really appreciate Cory reaching out to Gary to have him on the KER. I followed Gary’s success at both Orko Silver and Orex Silver and believe he’s got another winner here with DV in the Golden Triangle.

Last year I mentioned on several times (far in advance) that Hecla was going to make a move on them for a takeover….. and they did……

When the deal fell through because Hecla failed to provide the Independent Valuation, I sold out on the lingering takeover froth, and waited for the inevitable pullback to get positioned again…… (and I have….)

For those that missed the fireworks last year:

In a way the market got a huge gift by everyone getting a “Second Chance” to play the run up in Dolly Varden for 2017 and possibly into 2018 (before another Major or Mid-Tier makes a move on them again).

The latest drill results have been great and only further underpin the idea that Dolly Varden is really on to something here.

@chatyak – “Hhorseman what makes $DV (Dolly Varden) your go to silver play?”

        @HHorseman – “Chatyak
        1. Location (Not many pure silver deposits in the world, let alone in NA)
        2. Grade
        3. CEO with buy out experience
        4. Price/Resource
        5. Prospectivity
        6. Hecla already wanted to buy them before these new juicy hits
        7. Mineralization starts near surface

“I owned Bear Creek and might take a position again thou. It’s just that $DV trumps them on many factors and a major has already shown interest.”

“Impact (IPT) is a fairly large position for me though (one of the few producers I own). I mainly consider Impact as a highly levered beta play.”

Just to be clear, you like Dolly Varden and think it’s a buy. 😂😂😂

            Aug 23, 2017 23:11 PM

Haha! Funny Wolfster. I’ve just be waiting for Dolly Varden to get their due, but that is true of so many mining stocks.

I do like (DV) for an exploration play, but it isn’t my favorite Silver stock despite the lists of posts above. I still like (IPT) Impact, (USAS) Americas Silver, (EXN) Excellon, (SCZ) Santacruz Silver, (ASM) Avino Silver & Gold, (BBB) Brixton Metals and even (EXK) Endeavour Silver better.

However, I like DV as much as (AUN) Aurcana, (KTN) Kootenay, and (KS) Klondike Silver, and like Dolly Varden more than Bear Creek, Silver Bear, Minco, Great Panther, Golden Arrow or Defiance Silver.

I do like DV way better than the rest of the unmentioned Silver companies that were not named above, so there you have it….

Slow day for me Needed some entertainment.lol
Interesting how almost 1/2 those silver picks in your main list have something other than silver as well be it zinc or cobalt

            Aug 24, 2017 24:08 AM

Yes. I like to multi-task, and there are no pure Silver miners anyway. They all have co-products in the base metals. 😉
