I think it would be hilarious if Russia decided to place some s 400s on their N Korean boarder. They may have already.
The big “scare” is N Korea can hit pretty much any american city they want, but they could eliminate just about every U.S. warship in the pacific take out Guam,Okinowa and Hawii for some time now.
Now they can hit congress and its news worthy.
