A very unpopular decision was made and here is my take on it. Remember that I supported Bill and Rye Patch “on the record”.

Big Al, For those of us who hold shares in Ryepatch, what is your outlook for the price of these shares in the near term as well as in the longer term?

Big Al, for one I am glad that Bill has finally called a spade a spade that the project was bigger than RPM could handle but what is frustrating is how Bill and his management team handled the PR and finances. All history now, I just hope RPM shareholders approve the deal since RPM can’t afford a $4 million cancellation fee. RPM has some great assets that I hope ALO can exploit as their success is now our success with a .48 share to 1 exchange. Good luck to us all.

That’s a good outlook Imtiaz. Agreed.

We Crocodile Gold owners did well after KL took us over. Let’s hope we Rye Patch owners will do well with Alio and that KLDX holders will do well with Hecla shares. It ain’t over till it’s over, as Yogi said.

Good point bonzo barini. I’m considering letting my RPM shares convert over to ALO and see where things develop from here.

Maybe the combined company with a larger warchest of funds and consolidated management team and board will take things to the next level on both producing assets, and the 3 main development projects.

Then again, there are so many other interesting stories in the Jr space that could greatly outperform a mid-tier, and I have a handful of mid-tiers already that I’m happy with like McEwen, Argonaut, Jaguar, Resolute, Superior, Mandalay, etc… that will provide nice upside leverage to rising gold prices. I was in Rye Patch for the Jr Developer moving into a Producer story, but that has now changed.

Hey, at least Alio didn’t buy Rubican
