Cory
May 11, 2018

Craig Hemke and I chatted yesterday on the back of the USD pullback and slightly weaker than expected inflation numbers out of the US. These are two main drivers of the PM prices where the trends especially if we can project longer term can really take hold.

This $20 million deal willsignificantly boost Artemis’s cash reserves without diluting
shareholders. Our 50% interest in the exciting Novo/Artemis joint venture in the
Karratha area remains unchanged and we are well funded to continue paying our
share of JV expenses. Artemis believes that the decision by Kirkland Lake Gold to
increase its position in Novo is further evidence of the strength in the conglomerate and paleo placer gold story.”

Artemis explains why it wants more cash: ‘You can’t build companies with bottle tops’

Artemis Resources is selling its shareholding in Novo Resources to mid-tier Canadian gold producer Kirkland Lake Gold for $20.7 million.

Artemis (ASX:ARV) and Novo are partners in the Purdy’s Reward conglomerate gold project south of Karratha in Western Australia’s Pilbara region.

The company flagged the impending sale when it went into a trading halt earlier this week.

Do not like the fact that GDX was rejected by the upper Bollinger band on the daily chart. Whatever I guess. Another day, another failed opportunity.

From the words of Simon Lill, ” there is not another company in the world that has a structural zone 200 klm long.” It is actually longer.

This is another Pilbara play that Eric Sprott bought more of recently. Pacton Gold
Here is a shot of their tenaments. Its surrounded by Novo. Degrey is above it to the north and look there. Kairos close by to the east.and to the south……interesting
pacton gold is up 79.31 % I believe this month.
