Sorry, but I’ve been goofing off spending 10 days in England, 2 weeks in Italy and now am in Spain, assessing immigration issues, economics, etc. Europe seems to me more screwed up than usual and working folks seem to be hurting. Propaganda abounds on all fronts.
I have rarely seen the bias of the BBC as biased and downright misleading in the last 70 years. Politicians are exposing themselves all over, almost independent of country, as self-serving, self- centered, corrupt idiots. Glib- talking, but uttering mostly meaningless pablum that the stupid masses believe.
At least, for the most part Trump is different. He makes promises and then actually tries to keep them. His plans may not always be perfect, but I truly believe he is trying to do what he thinks is best for America. He is not trying to flood the country with poor , ignorant, diseased masses simply to increase his party’s vote. (As the traitor Obama did)
He is not giving away US technology to China (as Billy, suck my d*ck, Clinton did….Remember rocket technology? Trump is no longer allowing China to ignore US copywriter…..70% of Chinese computers were running on pirated softwares!
Enough is enough and I think intelligent Americans realize Trump is working at personal expense FOR America.
I do not see either the House or the Senate swinging to the bankrupt ideas of promise-the-world socialism.

Good morning CFS, thanks for check in and stay safe.

I pray almost every day that your last sentence is correct. We will shortly know.

I happen to agree with your assessment of president Trump.

Big Al, the truth is already out there, if you know where to look. Not at polls, but at absentee ballot requests, by party and by state.
Listen to https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=k-bt6bWGij8 From about the 18 minute mark.
At this point in time it appears Trump will gain support in BOTH House and Senate.

          Oct 20, 2018 20:19 AM

Rather than listening to this I will take your word for it and pray that you are correct.

Well, when you get back there will be plenty of tax increases waiting for you. Get ready to pay more property tax and sales tax. And of course, if Prop 6 fails Moonbeam’s huge tax increases on fuel and vehicle registration stand and go up every year. Welcome back to Commiefornia!

            Times change don’t they.
I can remember buying most of my automobiles at under $2000 new.
Gasoline at 19.9 cents a gallon.
Guess I’ll just have to die before the Government gets everything.

It concerns me that Trump is now talking tax cuts within the next 10 days.
As much as I like tax cuts, I prefer spending cuts and getting closer to a balanced budget, not ever more borrowing on the future.

            Oct 22, 2018 22:48 AM

Oh come on, CFS, if the sheeple cheer then you should too. Cutting taxes while increasing spending is the quickest way to weaken a currency. Trump’s Bush-onomics will be very good for your gold/silver investments.
The dumbing-down of the U.S. has been so successful that probably 3% of Trump’s fans understand what’s wrong with what he is doing (and probably .3% of Canadians and Europeans understand).

Nixon didn’t lie when he said “we’re all Keynesians now.”

          Oct 21, 2018 21:02 AM

The video is quite good too.

In order to understand what has happened to the US, a lot of puzzle pieces have to be laid on the table. So of necessity, its coverage is cursory of each one. But very valuable, because I believe many ‘progressives’ have embraced some aspects of the agenda without understanding the bigger picture.

Even lots of those who have not embraced many aspects of CM have remained silent about things they may not agree with, because they do not understand how they fit into a larger program.

Cheers, Al, I hope you’re doing well.

The US Government is riddled with scandals, The Clintons too the torch and created scandals the likes of which have never been seen. Resentment at the scandals and resentment at the scandal mongers always gives way to a profound and untroubled apathy. Even the business community seems not to care. A few people care but really does anyone care? The voice that cries about corruption is a voice in the wilderness. The whole system is corrupt and manipulated and if you don’t believe this just listen to the politicians as they declare the public has never been swayed, by the lips of falsehood. DT

Thank you for each of your point, Charles. I will , by the way, be providing more time to the folks from The Epoch Times as I think that it is a great paper and their philosophy is definitely not main stream.

    Oct 20, 2018 20:47 PM

The Clintons didn’t start the corruption in The US government that has been going on since the beginning. Forget about the little lesson of governmental practice regarding the financial duties of business executives in regards to their shareholders, remember the 1920’s and The Teapot Dome Scandal! Who leant Fall the Money?
The American people don’t really care or the offenders would be punished. The point is Big Al that corruption has been ongoing forever, and nobody will rise up to punish the offenders. The harshest condemnation is always reserved for the whistleblowers, like Julian Assange. It has always been unpatriotic in your country and other countries to cast discredit on the government. These issues will never go away because people can’t see the fact that there is only indignation at their disclosure. DT

Big Al is a nice guy, but nice guys don’t always understand the truth. DT

The Clintons may not have started the corruption in our government, but they took it to a new level, far beyond what even LBJ ever dreamed.

Trump says US will pull out of INF nuclear deal with Russia

      10/20/2018

“United States President Donald Trump confirmed on Saturday that Washington will pull out from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF).”

“We’re not going to let the violate the nuclear agreement and do weapons and we are not allowed to. We’re the ones that have stayed in the agreement and we’ve honored the agreement, but Russia has not, unfortunately, honored the agreement, so we are going to terminate the agreement,” Trump said in Nevada, following a rally.

“The INF was signed by former presidents Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev and came into force in 1988. Earlier this month, Moscow criticized United States NATO envoy Kay Bailey Hutchinson after she claimed Russia is developing a medium-range missile system banned by the INF. Additionally, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned of reciprocal actions in case the US decides to withdraw from INF.”

Putin: After a Nuclear Armageddon, We’ll Go to Heaven; Those Who Nuked Us Will Go to Hell

Any aggressor should know that retribution will be inevitable and he will be destroyed. And since we will be the victims of his aggression, we will be going to heaven as martyrs. They will simply drop dead, won’t even have time to repent,” Putin said during a session of the Valdai Club in Sochi.

The biggest problem facing the USA, the BIGGEST problem, is illegal immigration.
Unless stopped, ended for good, it will be the death, the demise, of America as it has been.
    A big claim! Yes.
But like leeches of the dark ages, these illegals are draining the life blood slowly out of the country.
Did you know, just for one country, Honduras, money sent back (remittances) amounts to 17% of the Gross National Product of that country?
Remittances are also significant to Mexico, Guatemala and other Central American countries.
Such remittances, however, pale in comparison to costs of schooling, medical, housing, general welfare impact on US Citizens.
The scum Democrats, of course, want the votes illegals cast.
The scum Republicans, of course, want cheap labor.
The scum politicians, however, do not seem to care if the standard of living of US citizens slowly degrades.
The scum politicians, however, do not seem to care that education suffers, that the healthcare system is stretched beyond capability.
The scum politicians just want to borrow and spend until the system collapses.
    Selfish, myopic insanity.

      b
      Oct 22, 2018 22:11 AM

imo the greatest issue of the U.S. is banking, zionists and the mic.

as they say, 1 b1 bomber would cover the cost of those remittances for a long time.

the U.S. killing millions of people around the world is a bit of an issue as well, killing children on school buses is especially satanic imo.
course thats just 1 of many.

Not that immigration isnt an issue, I guess I figure there are priorities.

If we dont stop destroying people and their lives in the southern hemisphere, they will continue to come north.

We bring alot of this immigration on ourselves.

I am sick of claims that it is “the fault of the US” that is causing illegals wanting to enter the US.
SPECIFICALLY, what has the US done to Mexico, Honduras or Guatemala to cause illegals?

Corrupt forces within the US collaborate with corrupt forces in Latin America to prevent long-needed reform, leading to economic refugees.

No, not all the problems in Latin American countries are caused by evil factions in the US, but many are. Plan Condor. The 2009 coup in Honduras. Etc. There is a long, ugly history.
