Minera Alamos – Answering your questions regarding funding options, management, and Mexico

August 7, 2019

On the back of my first interview with the Minera Alamos (TSXV:MAI, OTCQB:MAIFF) President Doug Ramshaw there were a few questions and topics that we could not get to. Doug joins me for a follow up to answer some of these questions. We discuss the relationship between Minera Alamos and Osisko Gold Royalties. This ties in with a couple questions on funding options for the Company’s near term production assets. We also get some more information on the management team and the environment in Mexico for resource companies.

    Great interview guys!

I’m a shareholder and big fan of Minera Alamos (MAI) (MAIFF) and they have one of the more interesting development into near-term production stories going in the sector, and Osisko as partners. Doug is one of the more humble and transparent Presidents in the business and frequently comments over at ceo.ca. He is a solid guy.

Wishing their team all the success they deserve. Ever Upward!

“The receipt of the MIA permit approvals represents the culmination of our efforts over the last couple of years to transform Minera Alamos into a commercial gold producer. We are extremely proud of our technical team’s efforts to successfully obtain operating permits for the Santana project in a little over a year following their submission.” stated Darren Koningen, CEO of Minera Alamos.

“The Company is currently well positioned to initiate construction activities late this year with first gold production planned mid-2020. In addition, as our geological knowledge of the Santana project area has expanded dramatically over the last year, we are excited to advance our exploration efforts and to demonstrate the full resource potential of the area as we move forward with the proposed mine development.”
