    Nice and early today !

I believe the corn and soybean harvest this year is vastly over-estimated.
    (About 25-30% over-estimated)
Given the Chinese are intelligent and well-informed, you may expect them to buy SOON, before prices rise significantly. I could be wrong, but I would not be surprised if there is actually insufficient supply of soybeans to satisfy world demand this year.

I expect Trump to announce Chinese purchase of Pork, Corn and Soy products next week.

The Chinese will never agree to intellectual property rights REAL enforcement, even though they may give some mealy mouth lip service to imply they agree.

      Ponder this…….
I know the Federal Reserve was created by the Federal Reserve Act of 1913,

But where in the 1913 Act or the US Constitution is it that the “Discount Window” is legal or constitutional?

i KNOW THE FOMC CLAIMS the discount window is legal:

        https://www.federalreserve.gov/monetarypolicy/fomc.htm

        But is it ?
Since, in practice, the Fed acts as bail-out of last resort for ALL banks operating in the US, REGARDLESS of solvency. That was never intended in the 1913 ACT.

By not requiring “Mark to Market” is not the Fed violating the 1913 Act?

You are right CFS about the possible lawlessness of the Fed. We are in serious need of a total audit of the Fed, the ESF, Treasury and determine the depth and scope of the criminality. It most likely lead all over DC and most of the world’s financial systems. Probably need many new prisons.
