Deutsche Bank Says Crypto Could Replace Cash By 2030

A new report by Germany’s largest lender, Deutsche Bank, suggests that blockchain-powered digital currencies could replace cash payments within the next decade. The report says that fiat currency as we know it today may soon give way to new alternatives.
In the report titled Image 2030: the decade ahead, the team of researchers led by Deutsche Bank’s Global Head of Fundamental Credit Strategy and Thematic Research, Jim Reid, makes several predictions about what the world might look like a decade from now.
The 80-page report covers topics such as China’s changing consumption patterns, the rise of drones, climate policy, and quantum supremacy. For crypto asset holders, however, the most interesting chapters of the report are titled “The end of fiat money?” and “Cryptocurrencies: the 21st-century cash.”
Geez, it would be great to see Hillary and Tulsi on a debate stage together.

Strange action from GDXJ during the final hour. It was stuck in a 3 cent range between 3:10 and 3:45 ET while GDX went higher. The “strangeness” is best seen a chart using 5 minute candles and spanning 2 or 3 days.
GDX looks like it has probably put in a decent low based on the 5 minute chart and GDXJ did breakout to the upside in the final minutes.
