      Corruption of the Biden 5:
e.g. A brand new company call “StartupHealth” is formed at beginning of June, 2011.
(It has no track record in Healthcare, and, in fact, little experience.)
On June 12, 2011 the CEO of this company is granted an interview with President Obama and briefed on Obama’s future intentions for Healthcare. (White House logs.)
      The CEO is Biden’s Son-in-Law.
Approx a month later the company is featured in a White House publication.

(Source: W H visitor logs) Shortly after this visit, Justice sets up a new construction company, named “Hillstone”. 3 weeks after Registration of Hillstone, James Biden, Joe Biden’s brother, is hired as Executive Vice President.
(James Biden has no background or experience in construction.)
A few months later the company gets a no-bid contract from the State Department to build 100,000 homes in Iraq. (Initial payment was $568,000,000 to start initial construction for roads/utilities. Later payments of similar size were made and the company later got construction contracts in Afghanistan for larger dollar amounts.

It is my experience that “no-bid” and “cost plus” contracts given out mostly tend to be crony contracts from politicians.

Top Six Lies in the Democrats’ Impeachment Case
    by Lori Colley

    1. “Withholding Aid is an Alarming and Impeachable Offense.”

President Trump delayed aid to Ukraine for two months in order assure himself that the money would be spent properly and that other nations would be kicking in their fair share as well. The Democrats say this untrue, that he used the aid in exchange for an investigation into his political opponents.

    Here are the details:

According to NPR, US assistance to Ukraine makes up 90% of their foreign military aid. Before President Zelensky was elected on an anti-corruption platform, 30 percent of each defense procurement deal was lost to corruption.

Short delays are nothing new. The Obama Administration withheld aid to Ukraine, Pakistan, the Philippines, Egypt, Honduras, and Mexico.

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) says President Trump broke the law in the delay. They also determined that the Obama administration broke its own health care law several times, and they took issue with Bush, Clinton, and Bush, yet never hinted at impeachment.

The Office of Management and Budget sides with President Trump. They issued a statement saying the hold on the funds was appropriate and necessary.

    2. “The Hold-up of Aid to Ukraine Cost Lives.”

Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO), who is a war veteran and former Army Ranger, declared that the hold on funds cost Ukrainian soldiers their lives.

    This is blatantly false.

The funds were released September 11, within the timeframe specified by law. Most of the money was earmarked for training, not for missiles—which, at this time, sit in storage. There has been no war, so there was no soldier standing at the front lines desperately hoping help would come, as Rep. Crow stated.

    3. “President Trump demanded a Quid Pro Quo.”

As the President has stated repeatedly, “Read the transcript!” There was no quid pro quo.

A log of the phone call reveals that there was no pressure put on President Zelensky to investigate Joe and Hunter Biden and Burisma, the natural gas company that paid Hunter—who knows nothing about natural gas—millions of dollars to sit on their board of directors.

President Zelensky stated the same thing in public. His top aide Andriy Yermak also said there was no pressure to mount an investigation. US Ambassador Gordon Sondland, Tim Morrison and Special Envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker, who were fact witnesses, stated the same thing during the House hearings. No quid pro quo.

President Trump also didn’t withhold a meeting with President Zelensky, as is being falsely charged. Their meeting took place at the UN, when both men were in the same place at the same time.

However, there was a quid pro quo with Joe Biden. He bragged to a crowd two years ago today that he threatened to withhold $1 billion in US aid unless Ukraine fired their prosecutor. He neglected to mention the prosecutor was looking into his son Hunter and Burisma.

    4. “Republicans are Thwarting Justice by Denying New Witnesses.”

This is false on two counts.

The Democrat House Managers want to call more witnesses even while claiming they already have an airtight case from the House hearings. Their demand for witnesses was included among the 50 amendments Democrats offered the first day of the Senate trial–which were all voted down by the Republican majority, who want to wait until later in the trial to decide on witnesses.

According to protocol, the House is supposed to put the case together and not the Senate. The Democrats want former national security adviser John Bolton and three others to testify. Pelosi’s House subpoenaed Bolton to testify, but the White House said they would demand executive privilege—which is the right of any president–to keep him from testifying. The subpoena was then dropped–why? The next step would have been to ask the Supreme Court to decide on Bolton testifying, and it would certainly have put that question at the top of the docket.

As White House Counsel Pat Cipollone testified in his opening arguments,

“If I showed up in any court in this country, and I said: ‘Judge, my case is overwhelming, but I’m not ready to go yet. I need more evidence before I can make my case’; I would get thrown out in two seconds. And that’s exactly what should happen here.”

    5. “Trump Colluded with Russians to Win the Election.”

In his 2.5-hour opening arguments, Rep. Adam Schiff continued to repeat a known lie: Russia helped Trump win an election, and he was trying to do the same with Ukraine.

After a $30 million, two-year investigation into the President and Russian-collusion, Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team found nothing. Numerous congressional committees investigated, and they found nothing. What did happen is thirteen Russians were found to have attempted to hack or troll people on social media—for the benefit of both candidates, Hillary and Trump!

As Kimberley Strassel of the Wall Street Journal writes,

“I know [Mueller’s conclusion] was all a bitter pill for the Ds to swallow, but that shouldn’t allow them to rewrite history on the Senate floor.”

In fact, the collusion was on the other side.

The so-called whistleblower and his co-workers were hired by Rep. Adam Schiff before the initial allegations against President Trump.
Schiff colluded with them to craft what would be said in the complaint.
The transcript was released and proves nothing against President Trump, so Schiff gathered together people whom he called witnesses, but they only heard second- or third-hand gossip about the phone call.
In the House hearings, these witnesses speculated about what President Trump was doing based on their feelings (aka, bitter hatred of Trump) and surmising what he was thinking.
Democrats began prosecuting President Trump based on the thoughts they thought he was thinking.

The whistleblower isn’t even a true whistleblower. Under law, there must be an “urgent concern” such as an abuse or violation of law “relating to the funding, administration, or operations of an intelligence activity involving classified information. It does not include differences of opinions concerning public policy matters. The general counsel for the Director of National Intelligence refused to forward the whistleblower’s complaint to congress because it did not fit the definition.

    6. “The 2016 Election was Illegitimate.”

The new claim by Chairman Schiff reveals the true reason for this witch hunt: get rid of Trump; the ends justify whatever means are necessary.

Schiff is now declaring there is a cloud of illegitimacy over Trump’s electoral win. Yet it was Schiff who did a dramatic reading of his interpretation of the phone call between President Trump and Zelensky, portraying Trump as a mafia don, stating, “I’m only going to say this seven times…And by the way, don’t call me again, I’ll call you when you’ve done what I’ve asked.”

In his arguments this week, Schiff also said, “The President’s misconduct cannot be decided at the ballot box. For we cannot be assured that the vote will be fairly won.”

Chairman Schiff and others may hope that by repeating lies so many times, the American people will start to believe them, rather than search for the truth. Even though we won’t find it in mainstream media, there are four facts about this issue that will never change:

    Ukraine never started an investigation
Ukraine never promised to start an investigation
    Ukraine never announced an investigation
Ukraine took no action to get the aid released by the Trump administration.

Why this Matters: Within hours of President Trump being sworn in, the Washington Post ran this headline: “The Campaign to Impeach President Trump Has Begun.” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi recently admitted that she has been working on impeachment for two-and-a-half years, and Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, was caught before the 2019 Congress started explaining that he was already working on impeachment.

Even in these last days, the Democrats scramble to find new evidence—including notes written by a former aid to Rudy Giuliani, the President’s personal lawyer. The supposedly incriminating notes are not dated and written on hotel stationery from Vienna, purportedly by Lev Parnas, who is now under indictment for campaign finance violations. This was the next “smoking gun,” after the last smoking gun—the GAO’s allegation–failed.

The Democrats are looking for something, anything to get rid of President Trump and hamper his campaign for 2020. This may be the only fact that is not in dispute.
