Big Al reminds listeners that his mother and father had to run from their home country of Russian in 1917 and he wonders if he and his family will have to run from America in 2121? Jim has personally seen this occur in the Middle East and wonders if it might occur there during these times.

    Spot on, Al and Jim.
All of the riots are planned. All of the riots are funded. All of the politicians that oversee the riots are planned and funded. So YES,, they are committing Sedition and Treason. [fact]

The politicians are on the take (controlled) by a higher entity. [fact]

It all will come full circle, but we will win.

Here’s an appropriate book for you:

Saint Joseph of Wisconsin: The Heroic True Story of Senator Joseph McCarthy that Fake News & Fake Historians Don’t Want You to Know

yea – not totally up on McCarthy, but anyone that hated Communism like him may well be worthy of some favorable attention (at least at first) – and, like Trump, if you consider all those that hated him and wanted him gone, well, that should also motivate the inquisitor to consider further, entertain the possibility that there is something of value there

      Jul 23, 2020 23:29 PM

oh yeah – I want to read that book!

Many immigrants to this country from Russia started leaning toward communism in the 1930’s because they saw communists as the heroes who put an end to Czarist Russia. In the process they ignored the atrocities of Stalin. Hollywood abhorred McCarthy because of the trouble he gave a number of vocal liberals in the industry.

        Jul 23, 2020 23:15 PM

That’s not how it happened in the U.S.

          Jul 23, 2020 23:27 PM

The stupid communist playbook is the same ole shit.
From 1917 to 1920 was the red scare and the Spanish flu.
The red scare was the rise of the communist party in America and everyone was wearing masks because of the Spanish flu.

Back then the public was more awake. They feared communism and could recognize it.

Now, the brainwashed morons call communists liberals and the liberals have no clue that they are communist.
Communism is the pig, and socialism is lipstick on the pig. And being a liberal has zero to do with any of it. A conservative is a liberal [ as in , for liberty].

            Jul 23, 2020 23:36 PM

Interesting how the pandemic and communism scare happened 100 years ago, like it’s happening now. History does rhyme.
Probably because those commie bastards have the same playbook. And the morons can’t see the bastards playbook,,,yet!

“19th century liberal” – against state interference in society/economy except to uphold contracts between mutually-consenting parties and to prosecute assault (attacks against innocent parties), advocates of what would today be considered dramatically limited state (what the Puritans would call “civil government” – as distinct from self-govt, family-govt (from which follows “business govt”), church govt) activity – no legal tender laws (govt not in the “money business”), no “foreign policy”, no welfare state, no state schools, no state libraries, no socialized health care, etc.

            Jul 23, 2020 23:51 PM

            And then what happened?

            Jul 23, 2020 23:56 PM

ya sure ya want me to address that o brave soul?

Would be interesting what Big Al would have to say about this. My general sense (without extensive knowledge of the history, policy, conditions, trends, etc. in the Russian Empire pre-Bolshevism) is that at least under the Czar, although most people were poor, at least they could grow their own food in peace, maybe trade among themselves, say, labor, or “mfg” goods such as plows, shoes, iron implements, clothing, and there was hope for reform. Under the Communists all that was put to an end, and, what – millions of “Kulaks” – small independent farmers – were slaughtered or rotted away in Gulags. Gulaks for Kulaks, and Gulags for Kulags. You get to choose one or the other. It’s like when the Communists vote for the President – you have 2 choices – Kim Jong Un, or Kim Jong Un. How can you deny your freedom under Communism?

Perhaps Jews had a serious problem with Czarism, as a result of “pogroms” I have read reference to, but, often there are 2 sides to a story. As if that were important, I have not drawn much of a conclusion, due to lack of information.

Although this is all very interesting to me, and if I had to I would study it more, but I do not have time to become expert at/on everything.

Books have been written speculating an eventual partitioning of the USA (hopefully it would be a “grass-root” (as they say), that is – voluntary – not a carving by a successfully invading UN army (if the Democrats get much in power, they would probably invite them in to help “subdue” the “deplorables”). We may be seeing this sort of thing starting to take shape. I know what I am looking for next time I move.

If communists are prevalent in the Pacific Northwest (that territory would go by the name of “Eco-Nirvana”), then those in opposition to such might consider relo to either the Mountain West, the Mid-West, Appalachia, maybe even the Deep South. And the liberals can all move to “Yankeedom” – the Northeast, parts of Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, or to Eco-Nirvana of course, or to “Mex-America” (the rest of California to the south of Eco-Nirvana), Az, NM, maybe even to the “Mid-lands” (PA, south NJ, parts of Ohio, MD, north VA).

    https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/07/23/report-portland-rioters-barricaded-federal-agents-in-courthouse-tried-to-burn-it-down/

Voting Mayors and Governors out of office is insufficient.

They should be arrested and charged FEDERALLY of colluding with domestic terrorists.
BLM has been designated a terrorist organization. Aiding and abetting any terrorist organization (even if it is turning a blind eye or ordering the police to stand down) is clearly colluding with the terrorists and as such is illegal under several statutes, both state and federal. But state prosecutors will not act and it is not clear if the Feds have the guts either, since it is clear the media will scream against Federal action just as they have against Trump. It is hard to go against the 4th estate.

Meanwhile both Russia and China have deloped capability of knocking out US GPS sattelites on which US armed forces depend so greatly.

I read somewhere in the past of some foreign power claiming that invasion of the USA would be suicidal, as there would be rifles pointed at them from behind every blade of grass – I wonder if that would be true anymore – not fully convinced that enough of our fellow Americans believe they have much of anything worth fighting for – war is a horrendous business – but there are worse things this side of heaven

Watched a rerun of Johnny Carson tonight where one of the guests was the author plugging his book: https://www.amazon.com/dp/0517536242?tag=duckduckgo-d-20&linkCode=osi&th=1&psc=1 a novel supposedly based on actual events from 1967 to 1980. Also reminds me of a statement by a college history prof I had during that time: “The intellectual capacity of the press in this country is such that they can be manipulated by propagandists.” Plus ca change…

Why would anyone choose to invade the U.S. when it is relatively easy to knock out the electrical grid and kill 70% of the population?
An enemy just has to stop the U.S. from invading. The danger comes from escalation to nuclear weapons, of course.
I’m wasn’t suggesting anyone take out and conquer the U.S.
I’m just suggesting both China and Russia now have the power to take out the teeth of the U.S. A toothless tiger is hardly going to gum you to death. China can takeover Hong Kong or Taiwan. I’m not sure what Russia might want to do.

    Jul 23, 2020 23:41 PM

Just some rambling thoughts and observations, for what they might be worth cfs – not intending to attack you at any level or in any way.

I don’t think Russia wants to dominate the US – just get the neo-Cons off their backs. As for China, they probably would want to use North America to improve the general standard of living of Chinese – control us perhaps, not so much dominate us. What I have read of the Chinese geopolitical mentality (aside from “The Art of War” by Sun Tzu) is that, as a vassal state (to China) they do not care so much what you do internally, so long as you recognize “who is your daddy”, and do not encroach on what they consider their international prerogatives.

Common Sense……you either have it or you do not…….
Romans 1:28……is about where we are today…..
    Romans 1:28-32
    King James Version
    28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

      Jul 24, 2020 24:02 PM

So Joos (as in “the Joos is loose” heh heh) – do you see this section (you have reproduced) as referring to a category (or “class” if you will) of individuals that exist more or less throughout most (if not all) of earthly history, or to a – let’s say – phase or stretch of history, perhaps substantially influenced by such people, that comes then goes?

        Jul 24, 2020 24:37 PM

        What dispensation are we in……?

          Jul 24, 2020 24:40 PM

          Ephesians 3…..for a clue…..

          Jul 24, 2020 24:55 PM

depends how you define dispensation (in this context)

        Jul 24, 2020 24:44 PM

        1 Corinthians 14:33
        King James Version
33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

          Jul 24, 2020 24:49 PM

          2 Timothy 4…..
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

          3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

            Jul 24, 2020 24:57 PM

how can one that is a rebel by nature – endure sound doctrine?

          Jul 24, 2020 24:59 PM

it says God not author of confusion, but how is that that there is so much of it around?

      Jul 24, 2020 24:55 AM

there’s one state to cross off yer list, huh?
