Other reports concerning the running youth with a long gun, are in conflict.
Some say he fired unprovoked; some say he was returning fire, having been fired upon.
One report has him hit with a skate board.
Another report has him tripped.
Regardless of those facts, he was jumped upon and attempts made to disarm him.
It appears while on the ground he seriously damage the arm by shooting of the person on top of him.
I cannot make judgement as to guilt or innocence of anyone.
Based on all the video I’ve seen it looks like self-defense. But it makes no difference. Evidence of self-defense will not be allowed at trial or in the MSM. The judge and prosecutors will make sure the jury will convict. The kids life and that of his family’s is over. Already Antifa and BLM are starting to go after his family.
The message is clear. The mob must have it’s way….and don’t you dare try to defend your property or life. This is exactly what your rulers want.

You have to ask why our rulers let the mayhem start. Didn’t Furguson teach them anything? We see a minority get shot and instead of immediately bringing in resources to prevent the mayhem our rulers sit back and do nothing or next to nothing. Over the decades federal, state and local law enforcement have accumulated vast power and resources. Go all the way back to the ’80’s and the RICO laws where law enforcement can seize assets without even filing charges.
