After riding the market higher TG is now putting on some short trades
TG Watkins, Director of Stocks at Simpler Trading and editor at the Profit Pilot website joins me to share the reasons why he is now putting on some short positions for the US markets. This also ties into the rotation toward safer assets. It’s all early stage but it could be the start of a more broad sentiment change.

I also put on a few shorts today in (RWM) ProShares Short Russell2000 and (SQQQ) ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ – NASDAQ, just in case we see some further weakness in the US general indexes over the short-term (1-2 weeks).
Copper closed at $4.20 on 4/20…. 😉

Shorted the conventional market early this morning—-as mentioned before —–the long term charts are screaming caution for those markets.
I enjoy listening to this person. He’s got some good thoughts IMO. Personally, attempting to win on the short side with UVXY. Last two days have been going my way. Let’s see if it continues………
