I will tell you, the Democrats sure are. Just search monster.com for the demand for people knowledgeable about applying that to political campaigns. All the job openings are for Democrat outfits.
The Republicans have to get smarter. The Demorats are going to cheat, that’s a given. And even more reason why Republicans need to embrace data analytics, especially at the grassroots level. Demorats have programs in place for their grassroots activists. Republicans have nothing.
