Glen Parsons, President and CEO of Awale Resources (TSX.V:ARIC) joins me to recap the May 31st news release announcing a strategic investment and exploration agreement with Newmont. Newmont will become a 10.49% shareholder of Awale Resources and have the option to earn up to 75% in the Odienné Project through 3 stages. A key point to this agreement is that it is the entrance of Newmont in Côte d’Ivoire.

I have Glen breakdown the terms of the deal and importance of Newmont entering the Country through this investment and option agreement. We also discuss the work plans this year at the Odienné Project as well as the other Projects that the Company holds 100%.
