Certain of the companies appearing in the video segments located on the Kereport website have paid a fee related to the production of the video as specified below. These fees are to cover the production costs, including travel expenses, editing and production costs. Additionally, certain of the guests may have contracted with A.B. Mr. Korelin or anyone associated with his company or family owns no shares of New Guinea Gold Corp. Mr. Taylor owns 4,000 shares of New Guinea Gold Corp. which he purchased over one year ago. New Guinea Gold Corp. paid production costs of $6,000 for the production and completion of the video interview. These expenses included travel to the Company’s offices in Vancouver, B.C. and the filming and editing of the video.
