Starcore International Ventures Ltd.

Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia - Starcore International Ventures is a junior exploration company listed on the TSX-V under SAM. The company is a near term gold and silver producer with mineral assets in Mexico and Arizona.
The company currently retains an 80 to 20 joint venture agreement with Goldcorp. Inc. in the development of the Cerro Dolores, El Transito Deposit 190 km south - southwest of Mexico City. The El Transito Deposit is a silver-lead-zinc replacement orebody defined by over $US 2 million in development expenditures. Since acquiring the project, Starcore commissioned and received a NI 43-101 report and expanded its land position in Cerro Dolores by acquiring 2,344 hectares of land which covers the known extension of the El Transito mineralization. It is believed that there is a strong possibility of developing reserves at Cerro Dolores in the 3-5 million tonne range grading some 11 oz/t silver and a combined 8% lead-zinc. Management's intention is to re-invest cash flow from the El Transito property toward the development of surrounding acquired target areas (i.e. San Jose Area, Mancuerna Area, San Roberto Area, Chihuitlipa Area, El Mirador - Mangos Area and Xicotlan Area).

In addition to its position in Mexico, Starcore retains an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest of the Black Silver Property in Arizona. The project is situated at the western end of the Gila Mountains and recent surface sampling has identified a mineralized zone, which appears to be approximately 50 feet thick and averages 5.2 oz/ton silver. Management believes the property to be highly prospective and an easily tested target for a potential low-cost, high-reward scenario.
