Check out the default rate on college loan debt……$3trillion coming back on the tax payer.
There is no way the real estate market can absorb 7% int. rate this year…..

the telling numbers are the one’s the LIAR govt. did not tell about, but, we knew all along these loans could not be repaid….or were not being repaid………
I have been reporting on this for 4 yrs….or more……
All I know is that I am getting SPANKED and not in a good way on metal trades today! I got a partial stop-out on DSLV, full stop-out on DUST, bag holding on JNUG, and I SLV for my son is playing red light green light.
On a side note my preferred ETF that pays 8% divies is taking a nosedive today. Doubt this is a good sign (SPFF).
