Jerry, I think this site shot itself in the foot when they decided to separate the political and mining segments and now Big Al is relinquishing control to Cory, they can’t be both, it’s either one or the other. Like all things in life there are changes, you figure that out and make it work or it doesn’t happen. DT
Hi DT…You took the words right out of my mouth .I had planed to post simeler points , tommorow Friday. I got the feeling that Cory wanted to get rid of all political comments on the KER site. First we got our own page to comment on..( which i think was a good thing ) ..Then we got kicked to the sidelines . Out of sight,out of mind . The last time there was a link to the politicle section was last monday , no daily editotials from Big Al all week….And whats happened over the past month…Well i believe Cory thought the investing section would get lots more comments , but if you look back over the past month , that has not happened…Well Cory how do you explain that. There have been LESS comments left , under those pages….
I dont know whats going on at the KER…Has AL , sold the site to Cory ?..Or has Cory got too big for his boots , & is telling his Boss how the site should be run.
I believe Al owes it to all the great people on here , who have kept his site going for years………AL what the FECK is going on ?………

Sorry to see the changes being made. I never made many political comments but I always trolled that side for info and political analysis. I hope a political platform is maintained. Thanks Tony and DT as well as Jerry and CFS for keeping things interesting.

Thanks for your comment but you are not exactly correct with your assumptions. I’ll try to address them all.
Regarding the separation of the markets and politics – We were receiving a lot of feedback that the politics section was pushing people away from the site (rather than bring in new listeners) and scaring away new listeners. We want to continue to give everyone who likes the political content a more dedicated place to visit.
Lack of content on Politics – Big Al is having a very busy week (and prior month) and has not had time to record any editorials since Monday. He is hoping to get back at it more regularly by the end of the year. Would you like us to post a daily posting in the politics section for comments? I can make sure that happens.
Comments – You are right there have been less comments overall. However the actual listener numbers have started to tick up again. This is a metric I track very closely. Comments are very important to the site but sometime they can distract from the overall message. I hope that makes sense.
And don’t worry I am in no way too big for my boots. Al is still here and will be here for a long time. Please just give Al some time to get back on track.

The corruption is endless, and I believe thats the main reason the country will come down.
I dont think there is any way to stop it.
Trump is as much a treasonous dog as Biden.
Speaking of religious matters, its Israel Trump is serving as far as Im concerned, I really hope he doesnt start a war with Iran(or anyone) before he leaves.

I just listened to the podcast with John Kaiser and don’t know if you are aware of an ASX listed company, ticker code (NTU) on the ASX, it is in production of heavy rare earths from its pilot plant in western Australia.
