Karora Resources – Introducing this gold-nickel producer, growing production from 120,000oz/year to +200,000oz/year by 2024

October 28, 2021

Oliver Turner, VP of Corporate Development at Karora Resources (TSX:KRR – OTCQX:KRRGF) joins us to provide a high level overview of this fast growing gold and nickel producer with operations in Western Australia. Big picture the Company has production guidance of 105-115k oz for 2021 and a pathway to 185-205k oz/year by 2024.

We have Oliver outline the current hub and spoke production profile where the Beta Hunt Underground Mine is responsible for 80% of the current feed. In addition to the plan to double production at Beta Hunt,  we review where the upcoming production growth will come from at the Higginsville Gold Operations and the new contributions from the Spargos deposit coming online in Q4.

We wrap up having Oliver provide a background on the management and cash on hand, balanced with current cash flow to fund the production expansion.

(KRR) (KRRGF) Karora Resources Is Looking Good As Its Expansion To 200,000 Oz. Gold Production Begins
    Matt Bohlsen – Seeking Alpha – Oct. 21, 2021

    – Karora Resources is a fast growing gold miner with a track record of success at their Beta Hunt and Higginsville Mines & Mill, in the Kambalda district of Western Australia.
    – Karora should be able to achieve their ~200,000 oz. pa gold target by end 2024, thereby doubling from 2020 levels.
    – Management is top tier and the Beta Hunt Mine has a history of spectacular high grade gold discovery. Risks are low – the main risk being falling gold prices.
    – Karora trades on a very low 2022 PE of 8.7 with an analyst’s price target of C$6.54, representing 50% upside.

(KRR) (KRRGF) Karora Resources: Another Record Quarter In Q3
    Oct. 17, 2021 – Taylor Dart – Seeking Alpha
    – Karora Resources released its preliminary Q3 results last week, reporting record gold production of ~30,400 ounces, a 23% increase year-over-year.
    – This has set Karora up for an easy beat on its production guidance mid-point, and the possibility to come in above the top end of guidance, assuming similar Q4 output.
    – Meanwhile, exploration results continue to be quite promising, with high-grade nickel discoveries opening up the potential to drive costs lower through by-product credits.
    – Given Karora’s unique position as one of the top-3 organic growth stories in the junior producer space with an improving cost profile, I would view any pullbacks below US$2.80 as low-risk buying opportunities.

A producer with promising exploration results and other valuable parts. That’s what I like to see in this environment.
