To me that indicated you appear NOT TO KNOW the difference between strategic and tactical nukes. or to understand that Putin’s attitude with regard to nukes.
Over the years, Putin’s attitude clearly differentiates not just between conventional arms and nukes, but ALSO between tactical and strategic nukes.
A tactical nuclear weapon or non-strategic nuclear weapon is a nuclear weapon that is designed to be used on a battlefield in military situations, mostly with friendly forces in proximity and perhaps even on contested friendly territory.
The blast radius of a tactical nuke (equivalent to a few tons of TNT) is measured in hundreds of yards……think Morrow building explosion.
A strategic nuke has an explosive equivalent of thousands or even millions of tons of TNT.
Putin has ALWAYS distinguished between the two types of nukes.
It appears to me, that because of an intention to use tactical nukes, if necessary, Russia does not have a significant stockpile of depleted uranium anti-tank weapons.
(In fact Putin argues that depleted uranium weapons can damage the environment as badly as tactical nukes.)
(I do not know the level of purity of Russian depleted uranium and thus cannot comment on that)

I know the difference between a tac nuc and a strat nuc – I worked an internship in my graduate program at the Pacific Northwest Nuclear Laboratory (PNNL) and the National Nuclear Intelligence Center at the Hanford site in WA. I trained with the Nuclear Emergency Support Team (NEST) with DOE. And I served in Berlin, near Site A – maybe you have heard of it, maybe not. But I know what a Tac nuc is – and I know types, delivery systems, fallout radius, yields, and technical requirements for deployment of such a weapon.
Explain to me why and how Putin would look at any nuclear weapon the same as a conventional weapon? I think this is a false assumption. Depleted uranium is not the same as a tactical nuc – just because it is made with uranium, and not comparable, or a justifiable as a tac nuc response. Depleted uranium has a near background level radiation signature, stable and easily transported and employed. The smallest .3Kt tac nuc provides indiscriminate destruction in a limited area, mushroom cloud, easily traced nuclear signatures, lasting deadly radiological Americium, Cesium and Strontium debris that would rapidly spread across borders to NATO countries, and trackable launch and command signatures that would clearly identify employment orders.
The implications and response to the Russian use of a TAC nuc, and the subsequent radioactive fallout – though localized destruction, would initiate an Article V NATO response based on long standing war plans. Putin and the MOD know this, and in spite of their numerical warhead advantage, their weapons stability, accuracy, delivery methods have been stagnant for a long time, without significant modernization or sustainability testing. The risk of escalation for Putin is enormous, the tactical advantage of using a nuclear warhead, no matter how small is minimal – the smaller, the less impactful. It would be a desperate move that would mean homicidal suicide.
No matter how desperate Putin or his MOD become, it’s likely the use of any nuclear weapon would lead to the destruction of his government and military, and NATO wouldn’t even need a nuclear response – Russia is not prepared to fight NATO right now, and the 1950’s and early 60’s Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) policy is useless for success in subduing Kiev, agreed?

As you all know by now, the principal method of murder chosen by the guilty profiteers is a form of AIDS nicknamed “VAIDS”.
VAIDS gradually overwhelms the immune system, because the body is itself producing a foreign protein, called “the Spike Protein”, which the immune system has to fight and fight and fight….until it gradually wears out.
At that point, any number of opportunistic infections or organ failures finish the patient off.
In effect, the Vermin have given everyone who received the vaccination a form of AIDS, which just happened to be Dr. Fauci’s specialty and claim to fame — AIDS research.
This has actually been done with malice aforethought by corporations who thought they were immune from prosecution for their crimes.
The insurance corporations were eager to get rid of the “end of life” expenses of millions of American Baby Boomers. So the elderly were targeted.
The pharmaceutical corporations were eager to sell the government corporations billions of dollars worth of products, both PCR tests that don’t work to test for any disease, but do work to help spread diseases, and, “vaccines” that cause disease directly via poisonous serum components and the injection of foreign mRNA.
The hospitals and doctors that were licensed by the same guilty government corporations acted under coercion, for fear of losing their licenses. That was used as “the stick” to insure their participation and compliance. They were also rewarded with a very attractive “carrot” in the form of kickbacks — rewards — for using only approved “covered countermeasures” known to be ineffective and harmful, e.g. Remdesivir, and more kickbacks in the form of generous payments for every patient the doctors and hospitals identified as having died of so-called Covid.
Under Ecclesiastical Law which governs the functions of the Air Jurisdiction, the Pope is uniquely responsible for dissolving any and all corporations caught engaging in unlawful activities. The injury has been adequately demonstrated in the “excess” death statistics that have accrued and now amount to 7,500 excess deaths per day in The United States alone, in the five-fold increase in medical services / hospital visits, and in the vast harm done to both local and international economies.
We, the People, defined as the State Citizens of this country, and our lawful government operating in international jurisdiction, The United States of America — Unincorporated, call upon the Pope and the Vatican Chancery Court to take prompt and effective action to dissolve the WHO, INC. organization responsible, the World Bank, which engaged in fraud via the issuance of “Pandemic Bonds”, the White House Office, Inc. being run as a shell by Joseph R. Biden, and the guilty franchise PERSONS/Persons associated with this gross crime, including by not limited to the DOJ/Department of Justice, Inc, the HHS/Health and Human Services Department, Inc., Pfizer, Inc., Astrazeneca, Inc., Moderna, Inc., Johnson and Johnson, Inc., and all other corporations that have created and voluntarily participated in these crimes against the living people and their lawful governments.
We also wish for the immediate dissolution of the IMF/International Monetary Fund and the so- called US Treasury and U.S. Treasury and United States Treasury, and the return of our inheritance to our lawful Government and the people of this country to whom all physical assets belong.

Quite right Jerry… those “shove it up your nose” tests are probably almost as bad as those jabs… especially when repeated regularly…
i never had one, and the plan is to never have one… unfortunately, my wife had to have one prior to a procedure… when the gov came out with those free tests, friends sent us links to get them… but there was no reason too… we had a covid prophylactic and treatment plan… and ironically, treat the symptoms (properly!) works well for most respiratory afflictions… if the test does not aid you in how to treat, the test is useless.

To be balanced, i need to add that one friend with severe headache symptom did test positive for covid and was sucessfully treated with monoclonal antibodies -that was back when monoclonals worked -not sure how they work on newer variants. In that case the covid test was useful.

In response to some US officials accusing China of sending a spy balloon near ICBM fields in Montana, the Chinese foreign ministry said the balloon was for monitoring the ‘weather’ and veered off course and entered into US airspace due to force majeure.
The ministry “regrets the unintended entry” and said Chinese officials would continue communicating with the US about the balloon. They added the balloon is for meteorological and ‘other scientific research.’

There are numerous other designs that are lighter, smaller, more lethal – the shell has may have less radioactivity to handle before detonating than a depleted uranium tank round, but not after CFS – a tac nuc creates a nuclear explosion, the point is to create nuclear fission event – spreading explosion and radioactivity.
A depleted uranium shell does not create a nuclear fission event, it is just a very heavy and strong metal that penetrates heavy armor easily.
If I remember correctly the minimum size for a tac-nuke is 21 or 22 lb.
The purpose of any armament is to deliver enough kinetic energy to destroy the object it is aimed at.
The depleted uranium shell takes a very heavy and dense hunk of metal thrown fast enough to penetrate 30 inches of tank armor.
The tac-nuke carries the energy internally by virtue of a nuclear explosion……leaving a relatively small area of fadioactivity.

If that balloon is foreign, from China, why did we not shoot it down as soon as it entered US airspace, especially if it entered in far north Montana. That area is rather remote and collateral damage from shooting it down should be minimal. It would show we have a good level of air defence. How poor can our reaction time be? Why would we allow a potential 911 repeat disaster, where we failed to defend our airspace and did not shoot down the rogue planes?

My guess is that we do not have any reasonable capability to shoot that balloon down. The balloon is over 60,000 feet up and the F22 can only get to 50,000 ft from what i read. Whatever surface to air defences we have either also cannot get that high or lack even reasonably accurate targeting that high up with a cold target. To hit it we would need to send up tons of shrapnel. -embarrassing.
