The second chart shows that level (23¢) on July 17th, leading into the July 31st peak, where you must have sold, and August 1st dump – if 16:1 is True. Right?

Yes, everyone here knows I trade on The Canadian Market. If you take 23 cents CDN and multiply it by 16 times you get a price for HydroGraph of $3.68. This stock is currently trading at $4.07 CDN. So you can see that my initial buys are up more than 16 times. DT
You are claiming that you purchased all at the optimum level,

Until the U.S. government shutdown ends, the trading situation is nebulous. PnD operators may take advantage of the confusion now, or even then. Unfortunately, naked shorting is more pervasive in Canada, where the greatest criminality occurs. This affects HGRAF here in the States.
On Sunday/Monday we will have some indication of whether or not there is an immediate operation, or if there is simple consolidation, which would otherwise be normal.
