This is a great editorial and if all these facts are true shows the weakness in the Census system. There is already so much doubt about the numbers that are released that these allegations of “someone with the ability to fill in the blanks on incomplete surveys was doing just that” should make everyone pay attention. With cheating already proven in the Philadelphia region and now this report about the Denver region… I think the people in charge do not care and do not want to do anything about it as long as “they” are getting the numbers they want.
