Today with Chris Temple we share out thoughts on the OPEC production cut deal. While this deal personally surprised me (especially after the negative news out earlier this week regarding Russia and the OPEC talks) we now need to watch the follow though on how the actual cuts are implemented. Another consideration is also the production increases that we may see in North America. This will continue to be an evolving story.
